Did you first insert a Tmobile sim? Those phones are “sold” unlocked but actually locks to the first sim inserted.
It will work on both.
Pluto is a free channel, what is the offer that you need a code, I've never bothered looking at that offer.
Also Tmobile can only unlock for Tmobile customers.
Content can only be recovered with a warrant.
Sign into your mytmobile account if you have a post paid plan and you can download your old bills.
I wouldn't even restore the pictures and contacts since they could be corrupted. When I worked part time for a friend at his computer repair shop we always pulled the hard drive and connected it to another pc and ran the scan to get rid of the virus.
You want to port before your billing date not the due date or otherwise your on the hook for another month.I recently canceled a line at my billing due date and the line was not on the next bill.
If the phone was backed up with the virus when you reinstall the virus will also reinstall. Best thing to do is hook the phone to your pc and scan it with your pc anti-virus program.

Have you tried contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter, they also are a higher tier of support.You also can use live chat by scrolling down on this page and click on the support tab and select contact us. If live chat is available a window will pop up.
Go into your Mytmobile account and check there for your EIP account. Your next bill should reflect the EIP being paid off.

If you have a post paid plan you can print them off from your Mytmobile account but unfortunately it seems like there's issues with seeing current usage. If you are needing calls from previous billing, you can download 18 months of bills.
What model? You maybe able to do a hard reset with the off and volume keys.
I've only driven through there on my way to Yuma. I know a couple people who live in the area and ask who they use and how's the service.
I’m about to drop my 10 line account from Tmobile. THey do nothing for you if you’re a current customer. May as well go to Verizon and get a free phone. Then when you need a new phone and Verizon won't give you one you can try another carrier.
What promo are you looking at? The only free phone I see is one for the new Samsung that requires a trade in with bill credits over 2 years.
Also Maricopa is a rather large county.
