Chatted with Tmobile support on the App. He said there was an MLB offer again in late March that expired April 2 that i never saw.Not sure why prior offer expired for Magenta plan. He said she would send me another free offer link since I have been with them so long… stil waiting :)

You will need to speak with Customer Care by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line or reach out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter to get someone that has the ability to look at your account. Yes just curious if anyone else had an issue.. since so many of us had issues ordering this phone.Just seems irergular that Tmobile can say the trade-in had an issue then upcharge a customer without the ability to return my older phone, etc. and send them back the new phone. Seems the agents have fixed the issue. They say the trade in error was technical… i wonder… mabe it is becuase I complained… anyway, seems they will provide the promotion back on. I hope so.

Is this a scam by T-mobile?I am trying to trade in our iPhone 11 64gb (to iPhone 14 126gb) and it shows that on my account to choose. Later though it shows it as iPhone 11 256gb - why? Is this deception to entice me with a higher trade in value then later get my phone and reneg on it?

I moved to the Magenta 55+ plan yet received nothing about the NetFlix or AAA membership…Where would I find that?
I get Netflix with Xfinity.Will T-Mobile just give me the credit? I want to transition from my Sprint Plan to Magenta +… I notice Hulu is gone though.. that was free with Sprint. I suspect I lose that in transition to Magenta +?I also have AAA and assume they just add another year onto membership?
if you remove the sim it’ll tell you which one it is on the label. dont think there is any way to pull it up under settings. just checked my LG V60 and couldnt find anything. depending on what company you get your home net from you might see if they have those pucks you can put into other areas of your house to get signal to them..like mini boosters. then both upstairs and downstairs is covered. Thanks… it does seem wifi upstairs (away form modem) is sometimes not as strong (not sure why it would vary).I may go to local store to ask them about the SIM they buy in. I see newer towers nearby but unsure who they are… How would I know what SIM i have…?Roaming is always on too...
They did swap out SIMs… no change ):Jus really frustrated as it was in full evidence last night when we lost power.Wifi calling issues can be Comcast I guess… but that type of calling seems to be of low quality.
