Yes, it is ridiculous that they send a useless piece of equipment. I will be heading back to AT&T shortly.
Thanks, but when I plug the the CellSPot into the gateway router WAN port, then the router is no longer connected to the internet and I lose eveything, so I’m not sure what exactly you mean.
Hi, the cell spot wan is connected to one of the Lan ports on the gateway router, as instructed by T-mobile
T-Mobile tech support with this is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!
