I agree. I have the note 20 ultra 5G and they still haven't sent the December security patch update to me. I call and they just give me the whole run about that Samsung is the one clutching the updates. Metro by T-Mobile clients received theirs already. I paid way toooooo much money for this phone to not get what I paid for. It is a security risk and we are last place to get the A12 updates. If they want to please their clients they need to do more than just have promos with hidden fees to give out and starting cutting down on phone bills. I pay way to much money a month for T-Mobiles service for down right nothing that other carriers can provide, with either cheaper prices for service and/or promos that are tailored to consumers liking. I'm on the Jump 2.0 on demand and won't be getting a new phone now until it is paid off which will be sooner than the lease states. If they respond to threads like these then that is how people leave their service in mass.
