They responded to me a day ago I'm passed off too I have the zflip 3 , the corporate manager told me Samsung hasn't released it to them to call Samsung, I informed her I already did and they said it's Tmobile I need to call , then since she told me that bull crap I told her if Tmobile didn't have the update from Samsung why for the site says our models are in testing which was way back when the s21 series was being tested as well. She didn't have a answer told me she would check into and call me in some days. The freaking S20 are being updated to 12 on Verizon this is down right ridiculous us premium phone buyers are watching older phones get updates we should already have but because our carrier is careless to its customers we left out.
I'm wondering as well, I don't like having one of the newest premium phone out and the manufacturer gave an update too which other phone carriers are receiving all over the world and it's also out in the US but At&t and Verizon customers get to enjoy but , because I chose to buy the same device from Tmobile I have to be late with updating my $1000 phone which is suppose to be running android 12 right now like the rest of the samsung z fold 3 and z flip3. Tmobile you guys are messing up big time with your customers. I'm totally unhappy with you guys.
