The gateway is able to receive text messages but for some reason the t-mobile system is not able to send these messages. Gives the uh oh something went wrong error. My problem is that my email account was previously associated with a t-mobile phone number… like years ago. So it wants me to verify that phone, which I do not have. This is simply absurd. And I cannot set up a new id because it wants me to use the email that I used to buy the home internet. and around and around we go!
