Hi there! We’re currently working on a better experience for adding watches contacts to each other, but meanwhile you can do it yourself as well.You’re correct. You’ll have to add one watch as a contact to another and vise versa. While doing that you can also select if they can be emergency contacts for each other.Hope it helps!SyncUP KIDS Team
Hi there, the watch is IP68 rated. It is splash and water resistant. If it was exposed to water, please use the Dry Watch feature to remove the access of the water from mic and speaker. You can find by swiping down from the home screen on the watch and tapping on the gear (Settings) icon.
Hi, sorry for the experience you’re having. Have you tried to restart the watch? Do you see the issue with sending text messages to certain contacts?if the issue persists and you don’t hear back from Care, please send a bug report through the app. You can do it by going to Settings → Report Issue or simply share your phone with the app open.
