I just got T-Mobile and tried to activate my Paramount Plus promotion. I spent over an hour and a half on the phone with their customer service which was completely horrible. They kept switching me from one supervisor to another and nobody seemed to be able to fix the problem. They literally told me to try again in a month. One of the reasons I signed up with T-Mobile was the extras that were included with the plan. This is starting to amount to false advertising since it seems like nobody else can activate their Paramount plus plan either. Not a very good start with a new company. Might have to cancel.
