Thanks for the replies but I am having a little trouble understanding them. I have a spanking new Galaxy s20+. I am in Pa. The 5G lights up so I am connecting to towers. The phone is made to function on 5G so I do not understand why I would need to do anything to get "better" 5G. The 5G lights up and check download speed it is slower then my 10+ 4G,
They was just an update that seems to have made the fingerprint 100% better
Not as bad as people make it out to be. Sure sometimes it takes a few touches but all I can say is that the rest of the phone is at this point best phone on the market. If having the touch the fingerprint a few times is the worse thing that happens to you in a day well you have a pretty good life. I just look at it that the .2 seconds it takes to hit the fingerprint to get it to work over the course of how long I own the phone will still be less time wasted then how long it will take to return it and get another phone that most likely will just have a different issue
OK, been with TMobile I think now going on like 16 years and one of the reasons is customer support. They have always been great to me,and I always appreciate the help that said. So instead of a simple answer I need to spend time searching to luck onto a page that speaks about tje issue, on that page all titles are in bold and the links in red, at the very top of that page where I might add your eyes do not go since everything is bold and red elsewhere there is one line that says:Though this device is VoLTE capable, you are not able to modify the settings. As a customer that was easier then just originally posting the answer? I humbly apologize for my self centered waste of peoples time
