I've had a ZTE MF-64 hotspot for over 6 years now, and I haven been able to access my account with it since you changed your website 2 years ago. I had a long conversation with a software tech to see if they can figure out how to fix it, but still nothing. Why don't you just put back the old software pages for those users. I have to use somebody else's computer to get access to my account, as going through my hotspot is useless. I can't enter my financial data to pay my account or anything.Also the feedback links don't work either, so I can't say any feedback on them.And about your data breach, thanks a lot, because the hackers attempted to clean out my bank account, of $124, with nearly $400 in transactions, overdrawing it. I actually watched them do it while accessing my bank account. I caught it before my bank did. Now I have go through that hassle to get a new card, and set everything up all over again. Your free credit protection program ended 2 days before they used my card
Excuse me for being ignorant of your abbreviated lingo, but what does VRS, YMMV, and MBB mean? I'm having this same trouble, and really need a solution, BUT WHAT DOES "VRS" MEAN? I can't stand when people speak in gibberish secret code.
This is October, and everything mentioned here is still broken. I also have a MF64 hotspot, and the ConnectMe Doesn't work, the Datapass access doesn't work, the History doesn't work, most of the site is broken links, The Autopay doesn't work. The instructions they gave me don't work. I can fill the funds, enter my card info, but virtually nothing else that makes getting a datapass functional. I don't have a phone either. and can only use the store's phone to fill it, but they keep directing me to the 7-day pass. I went through 7 people on the phone, to finally get the $10/month plan with autopay I wanted, but now I can't tell if it worked. The new credit card I added was removed, and the old useless cards can't be removed. I can't read the account history.
