Our Internet Issues section on our T-Mobile Home Internet troubleshooting may be helpful. It has slow internet troubleshooting on it. If you’ve completed all that, and contacted us already, getting a Trouble Ticket filed with our Tech Care team is the best bet.

Our device home page has a place to search for the specific phone you’d like to set up blocking on. You’ll need to look under the How Tos section and click the Calling, Contacts and Calendar section. You’ll see an option that says Manage calls. I’ve included screenshot for as an example.

@adub there are a couple things that could impact your data. I’d check out our Data Speeds page for a few example. Keep in mind, we can have our Tech Care team look into your account features and location then file a Trouble Ticket if there’s an issue with your connection.
Signal is going to depend on your exact location and line of site for the towers in that area. I’d start with the Signal issues / no service troubleshooting. The end result may be filing a Trouble Ticket with our Tech Care team.
