OTAs are sent out to groups of phones at a time. Only a certain number of phones can/will receive it, and only a certain percentage of people will respond and begin the download; others will put it off, not see it, what have you. That way the OTA servers don't get overloaded, and you don't have people sitting there waiting for hours and hours for the download to finish. That's the way OTAs work. I've picked them up the first day sometimes, and I've picked them up two weeks into the upgrade sometimes. If you want it *now*, like most of us, look into LG Bridge. That requires you to learn a little, but it'll get you a faster install if you're not in one of the earlier OTA groups.
Thanks. Yeah, it's a touchy subject, and some of us are more patient than others. Thanks for the confirmation that it's still coming (despite the disappearance of Pie from https://support.t-mobile.com/community/phones-tablets-devices/software-updates ) and for the offer of help with our current version. And credit where credit is due... I appreciate the fact that moderators are really good about not censoring posts, even when they're a little abrasive. I consider it a Good Thing when no one tries to hide or censor the anger that some of us might be feeling.

As for V30, Rogers, Bell, Telus, Videotron, and Verizon already rolled out Android Pie to the phone. Not only that, many users in Hong Kong, Australia, India, Europe, and Canada also found the same OTA notification. Incoming is the Pie update for US Cellular branded V30.T-Mobile? Crickets. C'mon, guys!
Yeah, but I'm not thrilled with T-Mobile at this point either. Pie has been released to them from LG (per a twitter conversation with LG Support USA) at the same time as the other carriers, they just haven't finished their work with it and released it. They need to dedicate more support to that part of Customer Support!
