Bit of an aside. TMobile is now in the customer Relations mode that I left ATT over. TMo went through a period of exceptional customer service. This was to grab masse aid customers from other carriers. Now they have them. What now? Long wait times on the phone, products that aren’t what was promised, difficult to change or cancel accounts. Same sheit, different carrier. Bye TMo. Can do better.
