I did,I spoke with tmo support also.It appears many of the ‘Good’ functions went away when Alcatel designed the new KaIos phone.- Spoken Name Caller ID- Ability to set affinity to a tower. (Helpful for Wi Fi hotspot data speeds)o In my location the Data speeds are drastically different between towers.o My Android Samsung remembers the tower thru update cycles. The KaIos Alcatel does not.o If I want to switch towers I can call tmo and the second level tech can set it for me, unfortunately it does not stick , Have not found the pattern yet.It is unfortunate that Kaios does not support these features.Dan
