This started on one family member’s V30 yesterday and another today.This affects more than one LG model.Obviously T-mobile has changed something in the network.See this thread here: I have tried safe-mode, Disabling mobile data. Etc, etc. including all suggested on the internet and above thread with no success.I would advise against making any changes until an official response is issued from someone with sufficient knowledge to understand what network-wide changes were made and explain how to correct the problem or how T-mobile intends to correct the problem.I worked this issue for more than 8 hours today!

Just signed up for TM Home Internet and was promised a free Paramount + account for 12 months and was sent a link with instructions on how to set it up. The link comes back as “account plan not eligible”. Called customer service and now they say that you must have home internet as well as phone plan. That’s BS. Why would you sell that in your pitch and then not provide it?

IPhone8+ I’ve struggled with delayed call and voicemail notifications for years. A phone reboot or airplane mode toggle or network reset would show the missing notifications….but subsequent missed calls/voicemails would not appear.After many wasted hours of support calls and store visits with no resolution, I finally found the source of my problems…….too many visual voicemails!!!!!! PERMANENTLY DELETE ALL OLD/LARGE VISUAL VOICEMAILS!!!!!!!!After removing ~100 visual voicemail messages, I now get immediate missed call and voicemail notifications.I am so happy!!
Hi,Is it possible to name a network on a 5G Gateway that allows spaces? Example: The Lan Before Time instead of TheLanBeforeTime. The main reason is to keep my network running on the same router name/password so I don’t need to do it manually with a new name. I’m using the app and it doesn’t permit this. Does anyone know if this can be done?
My father lives in a small town in southern Arizona. With Sprint, we had really good service when we visited him. We switched to the T-mobile SIM cards a few months ago. Now when we visit him, the service is pretty bad. I thought with the merger that we would have access to both networks. How do I contact T-mobile to let them know their coverage sucks there?
My wife an I just returned from a 10-day tour of Greece where we roamed on the Cosmote network. Just after arrival at Athens, I used to T-Mobile app to sign up for the 10-day high-speed Data Pass on my phone while my wife used the regular slow roaming included with our 55+ plan. I was very impressed. I ran several speed tests while there and regularly got download speeds in excess of 100 Mbps with upload speeds around 30 Mbps. I only used about 1.3 GB of the 5 GB pass during the 10 days because so many hotels and restaurants had free WiFi. I regularly watched YouTube videos on the cellular data as well as briefly joining one Zoom meeting while on the ferry between the islands on Tinos and Paros.Generally, I didn’t really need the Data Pass because there was so much WiFi available everywhere but it was nice to have. I chatted with a T-mobile rep after several years of frustration with AT&T. (I copy pasted the conversation) The rep said I could submit the balance of my installment contract & T-mobile would reimburse me $800 per line (I have 3 lines) once the porting process was complete. We received text messages from T-mobile welcoming us and stating the porting process was done so I tried to submit my reimbursement request this morning but was told I’m not eligible. Just got off the phone with a carrier switching specialist(?) who told me they are having issues with their reimbursement website & to try Chrome instead of Safari, which I did and I received the same results. It says I’m not eligible. The rep told me to wait 72 hours then try again. T-mobile only gives me 30 days from receiving our SIMs to submit this claim, if I continue being told to wait 72 hours & retry that 30 days will be over quickly & I’ll lose my window of opportunity. Is that the goal? Is this a scam? Ha
Purchased new IPhone 13 because of the $800 promo credit offered for trading in my device.Store tells me I will receive a send back kit to return my device.No kit arrives, so I take it upon myself to contact customer service since the website does not allow me to request a send back kit. Explain the situation to the rep and they say they will send me a kit.Receive kit, send phone back. Phone is received. Check my account to see a $175 credit. Think to myself what is this? Contact customer service and they tell me they sent the wrong “return kit” and that kit is only for a buy back credit.Furious…explain the situation and am assured they have noted on my account that I should get the promotion and will remove the $175 credit and that I will see it on next bill.Don’t see it…repeat process by calling in to again hear I have “noted it on your account and see a manager has approved”.Receive new bill…still not fixed. T-mobile.com website must have been made by idiots. Every month, it's a wrestle-fight to pay my pre-paid account. There is a webpage that gives options for paying my pre-paid account: refill online, refill by phone, and purchase refill cards. I select "refill online" because....I am here to refill my account, and....yes, it is actually online. Then it takes me to some page where there's discussion about "vouchers"??? What the hell is a voucher, and why wasn't vouchers referred to on the previous page?? I never would have selected it then, if it told me about these vouchers. I have no vouchers.Then I log in with my phone # and password, for "My T-Mobile", and then select "Pay My Bill". It takes me to another page, where....I have to input my phone # and password again??? Is this a scam?? Why put it in twice?? I can already see above that I am already logged in.But I have to go to work, and my phone isn't working, because I need to refill my pre-paid account, so I log in AGAIN, and I get
