Hello, I used a t-mobile sim card for 2 weeks while traveling in USA a several months ago, and it seems that I'm having troubles with my phone now due to some t-mobile lock app. I had my phone before using t-mobile services, how can I unlock it? It always says "server not responding" when I try to use the device unlock. How can I get unlocked please?
I purchased four Asus Zenphone 8 phones this last Christmas. The compatibility checker shows they are fully compatible with the Tmobile network, but my family has nonstop dropped calls in the three different metro areas where we spend most of our time (Denver, Fort Collins, Cheyenne). Additionally, the receiving phone will often not ring, especially when at home, and even when there is plenty of signal. I am at a loss and very close to quitting my nine year relationship with Tmobile.
I am trying to get my phones unlocked. And although we get good customer service from almost everyone, we inevitably lose the call before it’s completed. To make matters worse, they don’t seem to continue with what they were doing before they get disconnected. Once disconnected all progress stops and we have to start over next time; only to inevitably get dropped at some point.
Where can I submit the invoice for performing t-mobile work everyday? Each day, sometimes more than once, I have to reset the gateway to restart my home internet. So, since I'm performing your work to maintain the service I pay for it is only fair I share in what you're paid. So if you'll let me know where and how I'll send you the invoice for each day of the last 2 weeks.
There is an issue in the oneplus version of android 12 that prevents microsoft intune passport from functioning properly. oneplus has fixed this for unlocked phones (c47 update), however, tmobile has not yet pushed this update. So I have a $1000 phone that I can’t use for work, because it won’t authenticate. It is a known issue and tmobile has done NOTHING to help. https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/microsoft-intune-company-portal-app-not-in-compliance-after-oneplus-9-pro-upgraded-to-android-12.1533414/
Recently if I receive a text I can see the notification and read it from the lock screen but then it disappears. It does not show in my conversations with those people. Its like I never got it. I restarted and checked settings and updates all good. Any ideas??

I bought the new SIM card with prepaid plan last week. Before activation, my phone was able to connect to t-mobile network. After activation, it stopped registration with t-mobile network, just displaying “no service”. The phone still works fine with my other t-mobile SIM card.Is t-mobile blocking my phone for this new SIM card? Please help.
Verizon offers a great plan where you can buy a simplistically functional smart watch for kids that really serves more of a role for tracking via GPS and two-way voice communications with your kid. It's a $10/mth add-on to your plan. Please do something like this. I think it's been mentioned in other threads but I don't know how to help make it happen but add more discussions and keep attention on it.My kid is far more important than brand loyalty to any mobile phone service and it's frankly the only thing that could tempt me to go with Verizon, but it frankly seems worth it. I like T-Mobile Tuesdays - free Doritos Locos Tacos are great - but again, there is a tangible need for parents to have a service and device (or devices) like this. It's important. Thank you if you work there and are reading this.
Wondering if anyone else is newly having this issue. I found this thread that started two years ago but still had replies within the last four months and there doesn’t appear to be a solution. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with tech support earlier and though we tried a ton of resets on my phone, as well as her manually changing what tower my phone is connecting to, I still cannot receive text messages from most accounts, including T-Mobile verification codes. Tech support had to text the other phone on our account so I could verify it was me. Many things require two-factor authentication these days, so I can’t just go forward not receiving texts. Tech support said they would monitor my account for 48 hours, but wouldn’t be able to tell if I was being sent messages that ultimately weren’t getting delivered, so I’m not sure what the monitoring is going to do. I’m searching for any type of solution at this point. I feel like someone ought to be able to hit the master reset on my ph
