I have been a T-Mobile customer for years and have been on the "jump" program. With that said, upgrade my device or replace my device if it's broken. I ordered a replacement for a cracked screen on my note 10 in October I got the device later that month. I sent the device back within the time frame asked. Because I'm a flight attendant, I couldn't go to tmovle or the postal office in person, so I sent it from the hotel in Washington. It's a locked box so no one other than the postal office could have access to it. I kept calling t-mobile and assurant in regards to the missing phone. They said no tracking information has been processed, and that they were investigating the wearabouts of the phone. In this case it could be an issue with the postal office because it shows it arrived the distribution center in April 25th and assurant got it the 27th. However, they said the package was empty. I am in the process of investigating because where has this package been all these months ? How did
Downloaded the app, followed the instructions perfectly, have done everything the customer service rep said and it still won’t install the test service on my e-sim. I get to the “stand by whike we set up blah blah. This may take a while” then app closes and goes to my Home Screen. any ideas? Phone is an unlocked iPhone Xr on iOS 15
The rude female on chat snapped at me and said "Sprint didnt merge with Verizon it merged with T Mobile" I said " When i call the Sprint number that i have called for years thats logged into my phone it freakin says " WELCOME TO VERIZON!!!!!!!" She was silent and ignored my response like an idiot. I just know after 18 yrs of having SPRINT i will be changing providers soon. Too many issues happening already!!!!!

I have schedules set up on my wifi so that way our TVs don't use data during the day and they're set to go off at a certain time at night so the kids aren't up all night watching. But I've noticed it hasn't been working despite the schedule. The app says that the device is disabled until the time but the devices still have internet. They all have unique names so I know for certain it's the device I need to be off at that time. Anyone know how to fix this?
When I first started with T-Mobile 5G home internet they sent me the Arkadyan gateway. I was unable to get my Roku TV to see the 5ghz WiFi from this gateway (could only see the 2.4ghz). So I called and the tech (expert?) I spoke to agreed that the Nokia gateway might work better so he had one sent to me. So I tried it. While the Arkadyan gateway gave me 3 bars (good internet connection) and the Nokia only gives me 2 bars (weak internet connection) the download speed seemed to be better on the Nokia. So, I sent the Arkadyan back. Shortly after that my 5G connection started dropping regularly, only a reboot usually brings it back (sometimes it doesn’t). When the 5G drops the download speed is awful. Maybe I made a mistake returning the Arkadyan? Is it possible that the “good” connection on the Arkadyan will maintain a consistent 5G connection? In the last few days I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone with their “experts” but they don’t seem to be able to send me back an Arkadyan gateway!
how can I get some help through chat or email?why there is no clear guidance on “support/contact us” for chat or email? there is no such “ chat option will show at the top”“...If you're logged in to My T-Mobile, you can hit the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and the chat option will show at the top. It does go away if the queue is long or during hours the chat team is unavailable, though….” why is not “chat hours” -if there is any- clearly stated somewhere?
So I changed my prepaid account to post-paid T-mobile service since last year August as I had to leave from USA to overseas for a month and needed an international service. First the representatives mislead me that I will be charged one time pay for out of country service only to come back to USA and charged much more than I was told. Also I wanted to transfer the same phone number to post paid which they said will only take few hours. It didn’t happen and my flight is in few hours, I keep calling them and they say it will happen within 24hrs. By the time I get to the other country I still don’t have service. I spend weeks calling them to update my phone number. When I come back to USA, they have charged me for all the times I have called them saying since I was calling USA T-Mobile service number so I am being charged and how I should’ve called international t-mobile service number. We had an argument for all of their misleading information first about international charge and then no
I have a Kyocera E4610/DuraXV LTE flip phone that was previously on VZW Prepaid. Was at the t-mobile store, they put a sim in and it looked ok. However, at I notice the phone appears to cycle between T-Mobile and “No Service” and the battery doesn’t seem to last very long. Starting to wonder if there might be some compatibility issue or if the phone is unable to fully register on t-mobile network. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
Does anyone know if T-Mobile will offer a reasonable discount upgrade program for LG phone owners who don’t trust LG phones anymore. Maybe an upgrade to a Samsung phone before we run into another “LG IMS Keeps Stopping” problem. My wife and I have LG V30 phones. We have been with T-Mobile for many years but now worry about relying on the LG phones in an emergence. I would hate to jump to AT&T just to get a great deal on a new phone.
