Has anyone else had a serious problem getting phone replaced under warranty? Ive been getting the run around and have even been told to call samsung direct instead. I have tries to do two warranty exchanges with Tmobile and both times they sent the wrong color phone. Also they sent refurbished phones both times. This is a defective phone, not a accidental damage. I paid $1000 for a black Z flip, and they are trying to replace with pink. They say they cant choose what color to replace with and it is a lottery chance. This is a DEFECTIVE device and I want the same one.. soo frustrated! The store I bought the phone from says they can no longer help me. Where is the accountability and service?
I have ben charged 5 dollars per minute on conversations between US and Brazil. When I purchased this plan, I was advised to purchase Magenta Plus for this type of international calls. T-Mobile went in my account and overcharged me. I called customer service, and I was told I don’t have that plan, which has been used for 1 year.
Hi, for the non-profit I work for, last Friday evening I was trying to activate three of several t-mobile prepaid sim cards. I obtained all of them from the same source. I’ve successfully activated and are using some of them in zebra tc26 mobile phones for seasonal use. however for three of the sim cards the web portal was generally acting up on me friday night, the first time I entered each of the sim cards here: https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/bring-your-own-device?allowEdit=true the website would say the sim cards are valid and to continue with the signup process. then on another screen in the signup process the website would start acting up and I had to reload the website and start over. when I went to try to use the sim cards again the website would say “Sorry, that SIM card is Reserved. Please try that SIM again in 2 hours or contact T-Mobile or visit your local T-Mobile store for a new SIM card.” I called T-mobile prepaid support Saturday afternoon that they weren’t that help
Every device I have can connect to TMOBILE 5G network except my HP running Windows 11. It is capable but use to connect sporatically. Now it will not connect at all for a week or so. I have done everything I can to update drivers and fiddle with network adapter. Attached is the basics of my computer. I cannot find an email address for techinical support at tMobile. They only seem interested in phones, not computers.
We had COX internet and tried to switch to a T-Mobile 5G hot spot. Using our Fire Stick connected to COX, we can access all our recorded programs. When we switch the Fire Stick to the T-Mobile hot spot, it shows that it is connected but we can’t access any recorded programs. We can stream shows and use the internet, but when we select a recorded program to watch, the system searches for a long time then give us an error message that there is no internet connection. When we check internet status, it shows connected. Also, what does the internet connection have to do with the connection between the Fire Stick and the TV?
I have been a T-Mobile customer for years and have been on the "jump" program. With that said, upgrade my device or replace my device if it's broken. I ordered a replacement for a cracked screen on my note 10 in October I got the device later that month. I sent the device back within the time frame asked. Because I'm a flight attendant, I couldn't go to tmovle or the postal office in person, so I sent it from the hotel in Washington. It's a locked box so no one other than the postal office could have access to it. I kept calling t-mobile and assurant in regards to the missing phone. They said no tracking information has been processed, and that they were investigating the wearabouts of the phone. In this case it could be an issue with the postal office because it shows it arrived the distribution center in April 25th and assurant got it the 27th. However, they said the package was empty. I am in the process of investigating because where has this package been all these months ? How did
I have been a customer of Tmobile for the last 16 years and have filed 3 claims 2 damaged phones and 1 stolen. I have paid $4,608.00 in total for insurance on my devices. $42,240.00 for phone service. I am beyond upset and no is not even the amount I am erroneously being charged by assurant through T-mobile. But is the scam that assurant is able to get away with! This is my story, I accidentally damaged my phone in September and filed a claim with assurant for this phone to be replaced, my claim was approved next day and I received my replacement. I sent the damaged phone back to assurant on September 14th and received a notification it was received September 17th in their York PA warehouse. I received a letter in November stating phone was not received, so I called assurant and their Rep stated that they had actually received the phone but the package had not been scanned in. Then I get a charge on my T-Mobile account in December stating assurant never received their damaged device. I
Has anyone else experienced this? I have a Galaxy S7 Edge and my husband has a Galaxy S7. We also have an old plan (Simple Choice). We are finally ready to upgrade our phones to the S21, but when I try to do it online, I can’t. Everything starts out fine. The initial screen says both phone are eligible to upgrade; when I get to the screen to pick which phone to upgrade, it still seems fine, but once I select the phone to upgrade the next screen says I’m not eligible to upgrade and need to call or come to the store to finish the order. This is really frustrating because I am trying to avoid that ridiculous $20 service charge they have now. I should be able to upgrade my phone online, without getting charged a fee. And while I’m ranting, I should also be able to get a deal on a new phone without having to add a line. I don’t need a third line. We just need the two lines and should be able to get the buy one get one, without adding a third line.Anyone have any insight before I break down a
My husband purchased a Smart Valve Water Controller and we cannot connect to our WiFi which is 5G. In easy to follow directions, can anyone tells us how to change Wi-Fi to 2.4G, connect the Smart Life device and then return to 5G. Keep in mind I am 83 but did work in IT prior to retiring but am still active on Mac computer and IPhone 12. Thank you!
Sooooo. (T-Mobile) says in there advertising 33mb average for home internet. I live in the central Phoenix Metro area (T-Mobile) says it's a good connection for home internet my phone witch is also a T-Mobile 5g phone (one plus 7pro 5g) gets amazing speeds till I use up all the high speed Internet. Who else has slow speed??? I do speed tests on my phone and tablet and constantly get well below the 33mb that they say is the low end... Like 13-24mb slow... Disconnect from home internet and my phone instantly jumps up to 77-164mb so.... Not sure what is happening. Anyone have any advice? Should I disable the WiFi and get a stand-a-lone router that I can assign my own wireless channels?
Hello, I’m on the Magenta 55+ plan. I will be out of the US for about 3 ½ months over the summer traveling in Europe, most of the time in the UK. I understand I would have to pay .25 per minute for phone calls and the data speeds are very slow. I’m ok with that. I’m planning to get a local UK SIM (my phone supports dual SIM) and use the UK service for my data, so I don’t think I will be doing too much roaming on the T Mobile partner network. My question: is there any limit to how long I can spend out of the country? The fine print on the International Roaming plan says something like, “Not intended for extended International Travel” but when I ask T Mobile employees to quantify “extended” I get different answers. So far I’ve heard 3 months, 6 months, no time limit restrictions. Can anyone offer feedback from their experiences?
I recently called the expert support (September 25) and at the end of the call, I was informed that i will get a survey to rate the service. The service was excellent, however, the survey message was sent to an another phone under my account (I personally do not have access to it). Is it possible to receive it again?

I have had a terrible experience with T mobile regarding my device. I have been a T mobile customer since moving to the US and really liked the service, until now. I have an LG G7 thinq that I have had since June 2018 (7 months) and the fingerprint reader has stopped working completely. I have troubleshooted with T mobile and done a complete factory reset to no avail.I went in store to follow up on a warranty exchange that I am told that the warranty expired in 2017. They said that I had to call in to try and resolve this as the warranty should be until June 2019. Today I call and I am told that the warranty if only for 6 months!!!! I am searched everywhere online and at no point have I seen that there is a 6 month warranty. The person on the phone told me it it only 6 months as I do not have insurance through T mobile. The only option I have to is to contact the manufacturer. They have said that the phone needs to be sent to them and checked out. The kicker is that I have to send my d
