So I’ve been having issues for 2 years with my device mainly with backups/calls and texts/app notification sounds/and unknown changes on my bill/ connecting to hotspot my iPhone 13 needs to be connected to my home wifi to connect another device like it’s a modem/router and still uses my Wi-Fi not the cellular data.. Basically what I’m starting to think is T-Mobile has me on some kinda data plan for a tablet or watch something like that. possibly a digits line since my number needs a country code like digits showed my number. My bill /account on T-Mobile dosnt show my # with the country code anywhere but digits. And they continue to lie about it , when I get on chat they say everything is good providing no details no proof of anything their telling me and say one thing then after arguing with me say something different that contradicts what they said first.! Spoke with multiple supervisors that do the same and play games like they don’t know what I’m asking them or provide information o
I ordered an iphone 13 upgrade on 4/28. UPS tracking # provided, but says “label not yet created” and no shipment date after 2-weeks. T-mobile site says order is processing. T-mobile indicated shipment was expected between 4/28 and 5/2. How can I find out where this is or how long until it will be received?
When a friend texts me a photo, I get no notification. When I discover the message, I have to download the photo and it often does not download over wifi, only 5g. I often don't discover the message until days later and by then the download period has expired. I have an LG velvet. Please help!
We need more features to be able to use 5g as a viable home internet solution.. A manageable firewall for the home user that allows, at minimum, for port forwarding.The ability to define your preferred DNS provider.The ability to define your DHCP scope.Configuring multiple SSIDs that are similar to the default, instead of having to manually create the same-named network on 2.4 and 5.0..Throttling options for individual networks There is so much left to be desired w this solution. Or have the solution as is, but offer an upcharge for a compatible gateway that offers these solutions/advanced options. Something.. I'm happy w the service itself, but saddened by the lack of options.
I am travelling from outside the US for a trip and would like to buy an unlimited plan to use while I am in the country.I will most likely go back to the US for another trip a few weeks later, and I would like to use the same or be able to top up if expired. I was looking at the Simply 50USD inlimited prepaid plan, but I would like to understand about what /mo. means. Does it mean that when I purchase the plan, I can use it for a month (and when I want to use it again, I can top up again), or does it mean something else? I will most likely go back to the US for another trip a few weeks later, and I would like to use the same or be able to top up if expired. Also, can I just buy this type of plan without being a US citizen, not having local address or anything like that?If this is not working out, can anyone please suggest a plan I could look at? I mostly need mobile data, I don’t want to make phone calls or send texts.
I’ve a prepaid sim card (legacy pay as you go) I am in HK but recently there is no reception when using the SIM card here. I’ve been using to receive verification code in HK all this years & no problem before. My plan is still active. I am not sure if this is because the big SIM card has defect or something wrong with my old mobile phone. Since this is the big SIM card , I do not have a mobile that can insert the big SIM card to try it out. I tried to authorise my cousin to change a small SIM card on my behalf with my authorisation letter but T-Mobile staff in the shop not allow a 3 rd party to do so.Pls advice if I should ask someone to cut the SIM card to a small sim to give a try. Thx.
Hey ya’llI’m in south austin, texas and have noticed, in the last several days, that my service has been sh!t when on 5G. I cannot load anything, pull up anything, etc while on 5G or LTE. I have to be on wifi which is F’ing me up. I cant go out and check work stuff. It also will not let me download images. Soooo annoying. Already talked to Support too many times and no dice. Im about to go to the store and see what they can do becuse this is really messing me up, work wise that is. I have a brand new S22 Ultra, 2 months old. Anyone else notice this lately or something similar to?
I received an email that as of July 2022 one of my devices would not work with new 5G network. however, the device noted was my brand new Apple Watch series 7? I want to double check to see if that was a mistake and to see if my iphone XR with number 704-614-1691 would still be compatible in July. Thank you.
The mesh router takes too long to go to 100% . Whether I put it by my living room window, or my kitchen window. All the bars on the router do not lite up pink. And I don`t think this works properly. I would like to return this thing to the T Mobile store near me. But If I were to go to Staples. And buy a regular router. And connect it to my computer. Would I be able to connect it to the T Mobile Network. Note: It doesn`t have to be 5G.
Where do I start, Ive had nothing but issues (not the good kind) with this service from me the start. After paying a initial deposit of 500 before I could start a plan or get a device. They send my phone to the wrong address, which I had to do all this investigating to find, then reorder a new phone. Then they sent it without a SIM card and it took 2 days for a rep to change some numbers in my imei to use it as a electronic sim. I swear I have talked to at least 50 representatives assuring me these multitude of issues were taken care of but of course it’s all part of the script they have to read. Now on my 2nd bill they are trying to charge me 600 dollars for the device they sent to the wrong address. Im ready to go to boost mobile or cricket wireless if I am going to continually be lied to and extorted.
I've changed the number to one of my phone lines about a week ago and the number became active almost immediately. The issue that I am having is, the old number appears for outgoing messages. I've contacted technical support twice and they were not able to assist me. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.
