Ridiculous to think that T-Mobile will shut me out of my online account as soon as I port my number to another carrier and I cannot go into said account and cancel and remove billing info. It is just another reason I`m glad I left. It seems they can continue charging me on an account that they no longer own the number too, I am not using through them, and they block you from cancelling. Total, utter, stupid business practice.Good luck T-Mobile, you will never make it!
so where i live i only have a few options for internet, so i have maxed out on one carrier and got the gateway from tmobile. first month speeds were epic almost 30mbps, which i have never had the pleasure of using. next month because i turned off auto i get charged 5 more $, let me say i dont think its fair to have to pay extra because you want to be in control of your bills. anyhow back on subject. the second month i saw more problems, slower speeds and i thought well maybe its just a busier month or more customers have signed up.. pretty sure thats a factor but correct me if im wrong. 3rd month is slower than my century link.. and i only got up to 9 mbps with them on a good day. your speeds in the evening have been 3-6 mbps. i can barely stream, my games lag. im wondering if it is actualy being capped or speeds just suck but either way I am NOT happy. internet should be dependable and its not!
I was invited to switch from Metro to T-Mobile because I have never missed or been late with a payment. When I first tried to sign up, it was a situation where I would have had to pay both metro and t-m for the same month. We arranged for a call back at the end of the month on the 28th of June to complete my order.I asked the woman, Nicole, if I would be able to use my EBB with T-Mobile and she said yes, but, it would have to wait until after the service was initiated and the phones were activated. She said she really had no experience setting up EBB.I expressed my need for having my bill come in on or after the first of the month with autopay and she said that would be no problem, since I was going to set up the phone on the first. I got the phones on the 30th of June and activated them that day.To my surprise, My first bill was due only 18 days later. I was also told that the plan I had signed up for was not eligible for EBB. I love Motorola phones, yet this MotoG Stylus is an issue, as the stylus falls out and now I have lost it. I purchased a replacement online, but it was for the 2020 Moto Stylus. I just threw it away after getting it stuck in the phone. Any idea where or how to get a replacement for the 2021? I never use it and won’t, but those icons showing it is not in the phone are a nuisance. Thanks!
Hi, I made a payment for my prepaid T mobile account few days back. I got an email notification saying my payment has been made, however, there is no place I could get a receipt for the payment made. I spoke to the payment agent and he said there is no way T mobile could provide a receipt for payments made for recharge account. I'm surprised that in USA that T mobile could charge my card and still not provide receipt. Could any of you folks help ? My expenses are borne by my employer and I need a receipt for every payment made. Failing to do so will result in me paying for the expenses. Kindly help.

HI y'allFor the past few days I can't connect to data at all and get pop-up saying "PDP authentication failure" On my iPhone4.I can still call and do sms.I have North America plan and in Canada for couple of days. I come here quite often and there was no issue before until few days ago.Ive done couple of thing trying to fix this including-Switch on/off-Sim in/out-Update to latest OS-Restore iPhone-Hard reboot-Switch roaming carrier-Check APN I put my SIM card to other iphone and still getting PDP error so it's not a devise problem.Called customer support but no solutions what's so ever. My account is in good shape.One thing that comes to back of my mind is, I receive SMS from T-mobile saying they have implemented some extra feefor Prepaid customer.... blah blah,,, and since I'm on monthly plan (I was with prepaid plan before) I thought it's weird and eraced the text.So it could be technical glitch on account problem? please help.
I just got a Tmobile 5G Home hotspot and set it up. It’s working but it’s built in DHCP server is handing out a subnet of 192.168.12.x /24 on both the Wifi and LAN ports.I would like to change this, or at least change the Wifi. The built in wifi will be useless to me unless I can change this IP. I have a home internet distribution system, Cisco access points on all the floors that blow away the built in wifi this thing has. And I don’t trust the security in this device to keep my networks secure. If anyone knows how to change the IP please let me know. Thanks,David
I just signed up for the Home Internet this week and everything installed fine and I tought it was working. My set up is the Arcadyan KVD21 5G gateway with a Nest Wifi mesh system. I connected the Nest wifi to the gateway so I would not have to set up every device in my house. The internet connection on the Nest Wifi will not stay on, it constantly drops and I am getting really frustrated with this. I had high hopes I could finally get speeds at my house higher than 25Mbps and when it works, I do (150+). What good is home internet if the connection constantly drops?Furthermore, they promote you get a year of Paramount+, which I already have through my phone service. I can’t even watch Paramount+ when I do have a connection cause it tells me I am using a VPN, which I am not.Might be time to just bite the bullet and send this back as it seems it is not ready for prime time.
I need a wired internet connection to my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Settings>More connection settings>Ethernet is grayed out. I have confirmed that my USB-c cable can transfer data to & from my PC (Dell). I have tried turning off mobile & wifi data.I updated my operating system, enabled developer mode/debugging and every other suggestion I could find.I could use an ethernet + adapter directly from the router, but prefer to connect to nearby PC with wired internet.Thanks for any help!
I had service with Verizon which had been acting glitchy. I found out later all cell companies were having the same problems, due to 5G towers being installed. Anyway I now wish I would had waited because I was told by a T-Mobile representative that if I switched both of my numbers to T-Mobile that I would get Netflix and Quibi free for a year. Now that I have switched, T-Mobile has renege on what they promised me. When I called a week later to see why I had not received my link to sign up for Netflix and Quibi, I was told it was because I had one line. I have the Magenta plan and a Digitz number, which is two lines but T-Mobile does not consider this to be two. Anyway to make a long story short, the fourth representative I spoke with told me that she was going to speak to her supervisor to see if they could go ahead and override everything so that I could get the year free of Quibi and Netflix. Error in questionI keep getting this empty error message every time I try to complete a payment. I’ve tried it both on desktop and mobile, tried different cards, and tried a saved card vs inputting all the info again. It’s been going on for over a week. Help?
After 4 months of errors and no follow-up, why have I not been asked how the poor service from the business Representatives also known as experts has affected my business?
Written 2/1/22I was leaving MetroPCS with 5 lines at the end of September beginning of October. A customer service rep contacted me from T-Mobile I was offered for Samsung a32s and a tablet I believe a Samsung tablet but I’m not 100% what the promotion was now but it was a tablet. However I didn’t like how long it was going to take for me to receive the equipment and I didn’t want to pay all of the connection fees. There was another promotion at the time if you kept all of your own devices that you would just get a credit for each device. I did not know if my devices were compatible North they were unlocked as I was on the phone with the rep he told me I could go in the store and they would check it so I happened to be by store (with him on the phone). I went in and a gentleman checked my devices and told me they were all unlocked and that I would be able to use them. Him and the man I was speaking to on the phone conversed and I paid $150 to receive SIM cards. I went home tried to use
T-Mobile is only good if youre like a crack head that doesnt rely on your phone to sell drugs. If you have a real job or a family member or kid or somthing its just not going to be reliable enough. It has to do with just how messed up and confused everyone at tmobile is. they just cant provide reliable enough service to even compete with metro. who knows why they bought em
T-Mobile is one of the saddest companies to ever attempt to do business. Every single month I get a notification letting me know that I have been charged and my money is gone and yet my service stops working about a half hour after I get the text. I then have to call your horrible customer service line and the person laughs at me like a moron and says this will never happen again because they fixed it but in reality they haven't done anything. Obviously you guys are aware that your company is a mess and cannot handle billing PRE paid customers and yet you continue to make it hard to reach customer service and spam me with ways to pay my bill which I already paid automatically. I can not imagine a worse more embarrassing company.
