When will the bills stop.

I tried T-Mobile internet in February for about 4 days. It was terrible and I could even load a Facebook page. I canceled it and was told I would not have a bill. A month later I got a bill for $55 dollars. The person that set up my account did it wrong and had my email wrong and somehow set the pin wrong too. So I was unable to get help over the phone. In store they were great and called to get it fixed for me. Apparently they did not cancel me correctly for a no install so they had to reactivate the account and cancel it again. The next month I got a bill for $20 and did not even try to call this time. I went into the store but they were busy this time so I had to wait about an hour ro get help. I was assured again by their support that I would be credited down to zero and not have another bill. Now today I got another bill for $1.83. It seems like t-mobile is just trying to see if I will pay something. I tried to call the support line but they were not any help. I asked for a superv

T MOBILE STEALS YOUR MONEY ON THE AUTO PAY SYSTEM AND LIES TO YOU ABOUT IT! I SIGNED UP FOR 2 PHONE LINES AND ONE MOBILE HOTSPOT, BUT CANCELLED THE TWO PHONE LINES BEFORE THEY WERE EVER ACTIVATED. I FOUND THEIR PHONE COVERAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN AREAS I NEEDED IT. NEVER USED THE SIM CARDS AND WAS TOLD TO JUST THROW THEM IN THE TRASH AND NOT TO WORRY. WAS TOLD THIS BY ONE OF THE US REPRESENTATIVES. CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS ASSURED I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE LINES. THEY STOLE 70 DOLLARS ANYWAY! CUTSOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT! IF YOU WANT SERVICE, STAY WITH VERIZON! T MOBILE IS AS CORRUPT AS COMCAST! THEY PROVIDE SUB STANDARD SERVICE AND NO AMERICAN CUSTOMER SUPPORT, AND THEY LIE!

Assurant Insurance

I filed a claim with Assurant Salvage insurance who T-Mobile uses to cover their phones. I sent in damage phone and still got bill $510.30, I contacted Assurant about it and they confirmed they received the damaged phone but T-Mobile has not removed the charge, what is going on here, this has to be resolved or I'm going to another cell phone provider

My husband and I joined T-mobile in June of 2021 (so a little less than a year ago). We signed up under a business plan, we got a 3rd line for the same price. So we have 3 lines.He traded in a iphone and got an upgrade for a new iphone.My (android) phone has some damage, so I didn’t trade it in.I bought an iphone mini, but I didn’t love the size and returned it a few days later.We did not get a phone for the 3rd line.I would like to upgrade my phone but would love to get an incentive but since my phone has damage, I can’t trade it in.There are incentives to upgrades by adding a line, since I didn’t take advantage of this when I first joined, am I still eligible to upgrade my phone and/or my “new” line that has never been activated?I feel like the sales person wasn’t very helpful answering these questions or helping me out. I used to sell cell phones in the 2010s and I know things have changed but I guess there’s a part of me considering going back to my other carrier since otherwise, t

Home Internet 5g — Share drive performance

Using the modem as only the interconnect. Twisted pair into a old CenturyLink WI-FI. The modem seems okay, but cant support home WIFI at the same time. Why are uploads to a MS shared drive so slow? Uploads are too slow for WFH.I miss my AT&T 1GB fiber.

So I’m trying to play some games online on my Xbox One but when I try to enter any type of “matchmaking” for any game, it disconnects me from the server. I have gone to my Xbox settings and tested the connection and it says all services are available. However, it shows my NAT Type is set to “strict” and it also says “UPnP unavailable” which I have found out that this is preventing online game play. My question is: how do I change my NAT Type to OPEN so I can play online? Xbox help center told me that maybe perhaps my gateway needs an update but I’m unsure how to go about doing that (if that’s the case) or even where I would look to check for one. Other things have no problem, like Netflix or my phone. These things are connected and run just fine.

Galaxy A71 Not Working Android 12 Update

I updated my phone this morning to Android 12 and now I don’t have any cell OR data service whatsoever. I can only do Wifi-Calling. I called Customer Service and they didn’t see anything wrong on their end. All Networks are fine. Everyone else in my family still has service. My Airplane Mode button is also permanently stuck in limbo. It’s not turned on, but also not turned off. And I can’t click on it. I can’t switch data networks at all. This update is absolute garbage. Now I don’t know what to do except wait for a fix or something. Thanks T-Mobile.

Data usage

My Question on where did the data usage come from. We are using an Inseego M2000. It gives great service, even though it is a little quirky sometimes. It can give us 200+ mps most of the time.our cycle restarts on the 8th of every month. I am assuming that means at midnight in a time zone somewhere.This month May, the 8th was on Sunday. For us, our Sunday morning starts in time to get to Church at 9am. We do not have time to use be on any device, the laptop, either phone (2) or the TV (Roku) until we get home from church. On Mother’s Day we got home after noon. Yet at 11:26am, before we got home TM’s data report show that we used 2100.31505 MB.We have 100G allocated per billing cycle. 2.1+ gig is not a lot compared to the 100G, but at the end of the billing cycle, 2G could mean watching and finishing a show. My wife had a broadcast quit in the middle because we ran out of data the first month. We have become watchers of data usage. Especially the last few days of the billing cycle. SO

Internet Speed Test

I have spent multiple hours on the phone with Tech Support running through the same basic trial & error tests to solve the same problem, slow speed! My speed Download is between 7.4 and 28 (the 28 was once for 10 mins). My upload has been between .77 & 8. These numbers are far lower than promised and their statement of “you do not need to worry, we will correct” and then I do not hear from them. Are there any solutions pout there???SteveO

I've changed the number to one of my phone lines about a week ago and the number became active almost immediately. The issue that I am having is, the old number appears for outgoing messages. We just upgraded my wife’s phone to T-Mobile from ATT. Same number, so we should be good to go. However is there any problem with using Zelle on T-Mobile? There were some links on Reddit describing some sort of problems with short identifiers but those were from 2019 - are there still some issues?

3rd party purchases blocked?

I got a new Samsung phone from T-Mobile store, I can no longer use my T-mobile account on Play Store to make purchases. The payment method has been disabled on Play Store, when I try to “enable” it again it says “due to my T-Mobile account settings I cannot enable this payment method” and to contact the primary account holder (ME!). I’ve searched through my T-Mobile account settings for three days - I cannot find anywhere that these purchases are blocked. I certainly did not block them. I don’t know what else to try.

Old PAYG $3 per Day Plan - Expiration

I have an very old, ‘grand-fathered’ $3/per day PAYG plan. I used to add $10 every 90 days to maintain the account. I used to be able to call in to check on “dollars and minutes remaining” to verify the expiration date. Now it seems like expiration is tied to most recent usage +90 days. Can anyone detail their understanding on the current mechanisms to maintain and check on balance/expiry?
