Got LG V40 . phone doesn’t receive call properly ( doesn’t ring ,goes to voicemail. It has been dropped few times with case on it. has crack bottom corner. Also now has cracked screen diagnally. but that happened later and doesn’t affect phone operation. was wondering if its repairable through tmobile coverage 360 ? Its pretty awsome phone , one of their last decent models. . was considering trade in if its going to require long repair times. Would be willing to trade in for something equal spec or better . I have been to tmobil store and guy looked at it and mentioned it was likely hardware issue. ( tried reset and all that)
Just joined T-Mobile with two phones. When texting certain numbers from either phone, the receiver sees a 224.... number as the sender, but this is not either of the senders numbers. After tmobile deleted and reinitialized both phone numbers today, same issue. Now told that can take a while for issue to clear and we will get call back. One thing I noticed is after service restored earlier today, one of the phones had a notification '224 398 0043' added to your Google.... ' And this is the number that appears on a particular receivers phone when texting to that phone from one of the phones just brought to T-Mobile. Haven't noticed such a notification on the second phone just brought to tmobile, but a specific receiver of it's text messages gets a diff 224... number, not the senders number.
My One Plus 8, demanded that I create a password. I didn’t know it would be for the whole phone but only to my gmail password tracking. Any way. I’m locked out because I did not write down what I thought was a temp password. It locks the whole phone down. And T Mobile sezs nothing can be done but to wipe out two years of contacts and photos. And get a total wipe out factory restart. Any other suggestions? I hate that I’m so stupid to create this roadblock.
I’m a 10 plus year customer of T-Mobile and the business practices Ive been experiencing the last two years has me questioning why should I remain one? I cant go into detail but was promised a $53.48 credit to be applied to my account once a month until the $1000 plus dollar that I was over charged for a device that I had turned into a T-Mobile store after an upgrade by one of their reps a few months ago. I received ONE credit of $53.48 and none since which prompted a call back to them and once again had to describe the entire issue all over again like it was the first time!! Then the representative said they had to try to track down the device that had now been turned in almost 2 years ago!!! and the way it was described to me it sounded like the only way I’d receive any credit further is if it was found!! This is CRAP!!! and then I was promised a call back today and I havent heard from them!! If I don't get a call back by tomorrow offering me a refund for over a 1000.00 that I was o
I got my son a synchup watch about 5 weeks ago. He has barely used it because he is on Summer break and home with me. It won’t charge. The charger has been in the same place since we got it. No damage to the watch. Naturally, I didn’t put insurance on it, since it would be the same price as the watch anyway. So, now I’m stuck with this line and no device.
My old cellspot died and after playing around with customer service finally got them to send me a new one. The new one refuses to connect and I assume it was not activated….keep rebooting etc and no luck. Support chat isn’t showing up for me even though I used it the other day. HELP!
I love to eat from Which-fill-A; however, can’t make the orders using my T-Mobile phone on its network EVEN with 5G and all the bars. It doesn't connect with the servers there and doesn't allow the orders to go through when trying to make a mobile order. Now, I changed from AT&T but my wife’s work phone is under that company. If we use the AT&T phone as a hub, connect the T-Mobile to it and then make the order it works perfect. This happens EVERY TIME for the past year or more, in many if not all stores in the east coast or at least Florida. So my honest question. Is AT&T a better network? and Should I go back?
I have a Samsung S10. When I try to change the notification sound from the T-mobile default jingle, it works for most of the app notifications. However, the default jingle still plays with every new Gmail and text message received. How do I specifically change this sound?
My apps work fine on wifi. But on cellular data they quit every time, like my Amazon Music app playing my playlist. Each song quits after a minute, takes forever to reload and starts over. I tried the app with 1-5 bars showing, even with 5g active. Yes, I verified cellular was turned on for the app.
I brought my iphone 8 plus to a local store to set it up for my teenage son. It is all working EXCEPT for the voicemail. When we attempted to set it up, it says the account cannot be found. When anyone calls the phone and waits for voicemail, it just says “the number is not a subscriber.” We have tried everything. Resetting call forwarding. Turning of wifi calling. Resetting the passcode online. Setting up the voicemail remotely. Setting up the voicemail on the phone. Installing a new SIM card. Nothing works.
how can I get some help through chat or email?why there is no clear guidance on “support/contact us” for chat or email? there is no such “ chat option will show at the top”“...If you're logged in to My T-Mobile, you can hit the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and the chat option will show at the top. It does go away if the queue is long or during hours the chat team is unavailable, though….” why is not “chat hours” -if there is any- clearly stated somewhere?
Recently random $50 payments have been showing up on my TMobile account. These are from different credit cards, which are not mine. I’ve talked to customer service three times and no one can tell me why this is happening. They say no other services are tied to the phone number referenced for the payment. What is going on? Are other customers wondering where their 50 payment went?
