I had the pleasure to speak with your customer Service Representative Brian Greene.Mr. Greene was not only knowledge, but he was courteous and treated me as a valued Sprint customer. My call was 1 of a kind. No issues, which I normally have when calling.I was expecting a survey but after a few days past, I really felt compelled to let T Mobile/Sprint know how grateful I was to have spoken to their incredible rep Brian Green. Thanks so much! Bridget Morris
When will the Galaxy Note 20 support esim because, recently the Z Fold 3 and Flip 3 got this feature via OTA in the US. I found this thread - https://samlover.com/2022/06/18/galaxy-z-fold-3-and-galaxy-z-flip-3-to-support-esim-and-dual-sim-dual-standby-dsds/
WHY does it take two 7 hours of chat to fix a phone problem?????My first phone went bad less than 2 months of having it (LG STYLO 6) then I was told I must upgrade so I went to a Samsung that phone gave up with in 3 months, after 7 hours of chat I was told to move to anApple I11(which Apple no longer makes) I am personally 100% Android but was willing to give it a try. I was not told that a separate charger needed to be purchased or that none of my apps would transfer over. So again after 7 hours on chat I am sending the Apple back and got another Samsung. It went bad in less than 2 days. Now once again I am on a hold that is going on forever. I know that loosing one customer is not going to hurt their bottom line. But enough social media may help.
I started with TMobile 2 days ago. I’m unable to setup my voicemail. I’ve already read https://www.t-mobile.com/resources/how-to-setup-voicemail and that doesn’t work because I’m not asked for a password or to create a password or to record a greeting. Instead, system says to press * if I have a mailbox on the system (I don’t) or to enter a ten digit phone number if I want to leave a message for someone who has a mailbox on the system. I pressed star and was told I don’t have a mailbox on the system. I entered my ten digit phone number and system says my mailbox is invalid. I have never been provided the steps in the link above. This is absurd. Visual voicemail can’t be set up because “We are unable to contact the VM Application server. Please try again later. 0x03-03-33”. I have tried multiple times daily and same response. I called Customer Care and the expert did a network reset and had me power cycle through my phone, then he called me back. Had me check my internet access (I’ve b
Hi, From couple months ago after I updated my phone from Android 10 to 11, my camera has stopped working. Any apps that uses camera will crash right away. I’ve read online that several other people who had this issue was able to resolve it by going back to older android versions, but unfortunately the t-mobile version GM1915 does not have a local update option and therefore no way to downgrade the android version to an older version. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and if there has been a way for them to mitigate this issue some how? Thank you.
I don’t have a wifi calling icon on my status bar on my s22.I can confirm wifi calling works because when I pull down the status bar to the notification panel it tells me i’m using t-mobile wifi calling (when I’m on wifi).I’m not using the embedded ESIM, I’m using a real simcard (because I like to play with different phones and you can’t do that with the ESIM).So what I’d like to know isIs anyone who is using the ESIM seeing the wifi calling icon on their status bar? Is anyone who is using a physical sim card seeing the wifi calling icon? Does anyone see the wifi calling icon?Like I said, I’d like to know if it’s a carrier issue, a sim property issue or a samsung bug.
