I telecommute quite often and the Digits app is great for conference calls on my computer. Unfortunately, the in-call DTMF seems to only work "occasionally" sending perhaps 70% of the tones. Entering conference pass-codes and participant ID codes never works. I'm left trying to use commas for a pause which works on occasion unless the pause is too short, and using two commas for a longer pause means Digits thinks the conf code is another number and pre-pends it with a "1" which screws up the code. Anyone know a way to fix this?
I was thrilled to change from my previous provider to T-Mobile’s internet. The speed is great. The service has been super reliable. Where I’m having trouble is on my Nintendo Switch. I can’t get visitors on my island on Animal Crossing. I can’t race against friends on Mario Kart. Virtually all online gaming functionality is useless. And I’m frustrated I haven’t been able to find a solution. I called support and they basically said there’s nothing they can do. Has anyone found any solution to this?!
Figured I'd post this here, after multiple attempts it seems like I can't set up a cellular plan for my 10.5 iPad Pro +4g LTE. Every time I enter my payment details I get this error message. I'm wondering, is the cellular data option obselete. Also, who can I contact from t-mobile to resolve this issue other than calling by phone. Thanks
I have been a loyal customer and I have used my home internet flawlessly it stayed connected my devices stayed connected etc.Now being with tmobile home internet for now a year and a few months now my connection always disconnects have to do resets at least 2x a day. It's frustrating I have called customer service they send me new gateway and still same issue. I don't know what else to do hard resets don't help. Soft resets don't work. My internet now will work til maybe tomorrow morning and when I wake up will have to reset my device again
I purchased 5 SyncUp Kids watches for Christmas this year. Kids love them, but yesterday I had a second watch get stuck not getting past the loading screen. I'm not sure what led up to it, but the symptoms seem to appear out of nowhere. The watch doesn't respond to anything. The only thing you can do is hold the button for 20secs or so and it will buzz and hard-reset, then get to the loading screen and sequence the three pink dots on the bottom indefinitely. When the first watch did this I called 611. They seemed very unfamiliar with this product, and appear to have limited ability to troubleshoot anything. Apparently the only way to factory reset these watches is through the settings menu in the interface and in this case it can't get there. They had me go into a store and do a defect exchange (At first they wanted to charge me $5 to file manufacturer warranty and give me a refurbished watch, I refused and insisted on another option. Who charges $5 for a manufacturing defect?) Yesterda
After the last OTA system update a few days ago, all my incoming texts have the wrong time, it’s GMT instead of using my time zone. The phone time is correct, the time zone is correct, and my outgoing messages have the correct time, only the incoming texts are wrong. Any ideas? Android 12
I went to the store for upgrading my phone V+ and they gave me another V+.I used Chat for making sure what happenDanicamarie wrote me it was a promotion for me and now I have two phones in my line and one is free by the T-Mobile Promotion (scam).I wrote I do not want surprises but Danicamarie wrote I should not worry, this is a promotion and second phone will be totally free.My ex girlfriend bring her iPhone (she bought in Apple Store) and T-Mobile take like one month to complete her transfer phone number after many problems. My ex girlfriend she did not like T-Mobile and she transfered her phone number out of T-Mobile to another carrier. But T-Mobile actually created a third Revvl V+.I actually have two physically Revvl V+ phones with its own boxes but I have actually three Revvl V+ phones in T-Mobile system, three different IMEI, ID and one of those is the "promotion" (scam), another should be mine but another T-Mobile is using my ex girlfriend name and her phone number for creating an
Thanks to T-Mobile’s Test Drive, I can try out the home internet for 15days. I’m getting good speeds and so far so good… I was really happy with the service until………It’s not compatible with my Xbox Series X. Apps like YouTube, Twitch, Hulu all work. But if I want to play games online, that’s where it doesnt work. I get disconnected from the games respective servers. Doing a test on the network I get UPnP unavailable. I can retest until the UPnP is available but as soon as I start playing a game online, it disconnects. I see that I can attempt to connect a wireless router but I cannot control any settings on the App or if I log into router via a web browser. The only thing I can do is change names and passwords, but nothing else. Can a wireless router be connected to the gateway? If so, which brands will work best? There are other posts about this issue but no answer. I hope there is a solution or else the home internet goes back to T-Mobile and they will lose out on $50/month.
I just recently got the update push. Where to start.1) I had to search to figure out how to turn off vibrate with each word swiped on any texting box; when I never had such a thing active before.2) Photo Gallery, now I have to click two delete buttons to delete a picture verse only once before. Also I dislike it's not in album view everything I load the app like it was previously.3) I now have issues trying to connect Netflix to my TV, on average 5+ failures and over 10 minutes wasted; 3 evenings in a row now4) when I try to pull down notifications, if I don't use the top most left, it almost always pulls open "Never Settle" which I could do without regardless.
When I look at outside information it says the Google Pixel 6a doesn’t have a headphone jack:Digital Trends article:Does the Google Pixel 6a Have a Headphone Jack?Of all the new upgrades Google mentioned for the Pixel 6a at Google I/O 2022 — including the Tensor processor, longer battery life, sleeker design, and robust camera features — it left out the headphone jack. But when I look at the specs on the T-Mobile website it says it does:New Google Pixel 6a: View Prices, Specs & Colors | T-MobileBattery Description 4306 mAH Ports 3.5mm, USB Type-C Connectivity Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) and 6E (6GHz) with MIMO, Bluetooth 5.2, NFCWhich is true? Or does only the T-Mobile version come with a headphone jack?
Anyone else have this problem and/or could offer any solution? When using WiFi with t-mobile home internet, YouTube on my phone, tablet, and wife's phone are barely usable. Nearly all videos stop after a few seconds and then the app just tries to buffer the video with the spinning arrow showing. No amount of waiting will restore the video. If i switch the phone to cellular data the video will start again. Related to this, YouTube smart downloads is continuously active. All of this happens only while using T-Mobile 5g home internet, not on our AT&T internet. This never happens while using cell data connection on the phone (T-Mobile is not our cell carrier). It also doesn't happen with any other streaming device, Roku, computer, etc, or any other streaming service, Disney, prime, etc. Download speeds are extremely high. That's not the problem.
I was told that I will get $800 trade-in amount for my old mobile and adjusted across 24months bills for the new phone. So I gave my old phone and took the new phone. But in the first month bill t was not reflected (aprox $33.33 credit should applied). When I asked they mentioned I need to wait for 2 bill cycles to adjust the trade-in amounts. After 3rd bill also it is not reflected. Now they are telling $800 trade-in amount was wrong and I will get only $200 trade-in amount. If they say this I wouldn’t even took a new phone. My old phone is in perfect condition and working nicely. With this kind of false promise/offers they are giving me trouble and demanding the monthly extract amount ? Being a T-Mobile management request you to sort this issue and help me to get my $800 trade-in amount.
I’ve spoken to at least 8 reps and they all lied and still charged me FULL price, with a trade in. Total SCAM. Don’t mail your phone to T-mobile, I tried to turn it in at a store and they wouldn’t let me. They told me to call T-Mobile, while I was in a T-Mobile.
Ok I'm about done hearing that the Unlocked variants OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro are on Stable versions of android 12 while being stuck with the carrier variant means we probably won't see Android 12 on T-Mobiles OnePlus 8 or 8 Pro until Android 13 drops this is ridiculous thanks T-Mobile!
Why? I traded my 3 phones for the free phone promo last Aug. Thinking my 3 devices will be almost free. I called customer service right away when they charged me $20 something for each phone monthly to complain. Customer assured me that they will fix the problem and rest assured that no monthly devices fee will be charged moving forward. It happenned again a month after then same promises then another month again...and every month I call ( about 8 months with more than 8 rep that I talked with same promises) What shall I do now? I am tired of calling and to waste my time. How can I file a complaint?
Last summer was ‘T-Mobile - 1 ½ years later’ - this is an add on for the since last summer.Skip to summary if you don’t want the long version.Road trips in SoCal/Central Cal, as well as New England (MA/NH/ME) specifically. In my area of SoCal, many (2/3) of the local sites have been upgraded from either LTE (B2/B66/B12) to 5G (B2/B66/B12/B41/B71 + n41/n71). Most local areas have overlapping coverage, making n41 usable ‘outdoors’ throughout many areas. Sprint sites (some) have been rebuilt, others have been powered down (many either colocated, or very near T-Mobile sites).Further outside my local area, rural coverage still remains mostly as is, or sites have been upgraded.. but in many places still poor coverage. Ventura County areas have been updated somewhat, I think there were quite a few Sprint sites/users to convert/migrate. Not all are completely upgraded (eg. a former Sprint B26/B41 site now just shows as T-Mobile B41, no 5g or PCS bands).Up the coast at Gaviota, with 3G bei
I made my arbitration demand to T-Mobile via the American Arbitration Association. My claim is T-Mobile does not record the contract made online with a consumer buying a new device and trading-in an old device; and subsequently refuses to correct billing errors caused by their breach of contract, resulting in egregious customer harm.
