I just received my cylinder gateway today. After setting up the device, I connected the wifi with my cellphone(S10+) and getting 200-300 mbps. But when I connected my laptop, it is only getting 50mbps. With both device connected, I tested cellphone again, and still 200-300mbps? Why? Is there any settings I have to do with my laptop? I need my laptop to work from home, not my cellphone. I went back to my old house and tested wifi signal with spectrum, and both my cellphone and laptop are getting 200 mbps. Please help. Thank you.
So I bought a used TMO 5G home internet router for my new house we are moving into which does not have fiber ISP.The wait list time has been awful - can’t get a new unit for months now… Called TMO to have the used router activated, but they said it’s tied to someone else at their home location.Then they said it’s been blacklisted as service has been suspended.Can I go into a TMO store and see if they can activate it ???What are my options other than returning the used unit and getting my money back ??
