If I want to start sending my checks through the mail, do I just put the check inside the envelope, along with my bill and mail it out to T-Mobile's billing address? Then they will process it within 10 days?
I received my cell spot yesterday and plugged it in the way it says to and it seems to be working great. I now have full service where I had almost none before. However, trying to run any apps on my television today seems to be near impossible. They keep coming up with the fact that they are experiencing network issues or are extremely slow and continue to pause to buffer. That is not an issue I've ever had before, so I'm wondering if the cell spot could be interfering in some way with my internet service. If anyone has any feedback on this, I would appreciate it!
I like the T-Mo jingle as much as the next guy, but is there anyway to shut off the start-up jingle when you turn a Revvl on? I can't find any setting for it.If there isn't, maybe this is something T-Mo could add in a future update?

It is fully charged and was working fine first thing this morning and it suddenly froze and the screen has the T-Mobile logo and Revvl, which is the phone I have and seems to be acting up on a consistent basis. It will not shut off nor can I do any functions on it. I tried calling my number from my work phone and it rings once and goes straight to voice mail. Hey T-Mobile, can you enable Bluetooth Tethering on the S9+? The non T-Mobile version has it, why did you remove the functionality? I need it to connect to my Volvo car. Makes no sense to remove this.
I have been a member of T-Mobile for a while now, and I was on a month to month no contract plan. Yet when I wanted to stop paying for my services, I was continually being charged as if I was on a contract, which I wasn't. Late fees and monthly fees since July have accumulated till now. And have been sent to a Debt Collection Agency on October 22nd I believe. I want this removed, and fixed immediately. I will pay some amount if that is needed? I want to restart my T-Mobile services, yet I can't because of this "debt collection". I have seen other threads talking about this same sort of issue. I want this resolved as quickly as possible.Please, and thank you.
