I'm leaving an abusive relationship, and would like to be able to keep my phone and device payments and assume liability so that I can continue to exist and survive without this person. They set up a tmobile app that sends my texts to their phone before I receive them. Because of this it has been even harder for me to move on , and I truly wonder how many other people are being abused or not able to leave their abusers safely because of this app that you offer . Do not waste my time with empathy if you have no solution .
I was given a valuation for my Z Fold3 for $500 and I accepted. So I traded for the Z Fold4, sent in my old one, and that’s it - it should all be done and setup. They only gave me $385 credit on my bill and didn’t give me the full $500. When I was texting with their support through their chat, she led me to believe that the rest of it would be credited on the next billing cycle. Can anyone confirm that this is true?

Have any other Pixel users received the Android 13 update that came out yesterday. I have a Pixel 6a and haven’t been able to update yet. I mentioned in another post that T-mobile doesn’t seem to recognize my phone, so I am curious if that is part of the issue or if T-mobile is just slow rolling Android 13 out to other pixels too.

T Mobile Home Internet - "NO Signal", frequent disconnect all through the day on 09-Sep and 10-Sep. Zip Code 85032
The last 2 days(09-Sep and 10-Sep) there has been frequent disconnects with “NO Signal” in T Mobile Home Internet Connection. Has anyone seen this issue? Wondering if it is time to change the service provider for such a shabby service. Being a working day yesterday(09-Sep) and working from home, cant rely on such services. I ended up going to my fellow colleague's home to work the rest of yesterday.
Between P+, Netflix and the other services we already subscribe to, I would like to delay setting up my P+ free subscription. But my wife thinks the trial period starts when we joined T-Mobile, which means if we want to take advantage of this we must do it right away.Can I wait six months and still get the full free period?Mark
Customer care representative threatened me to block my account and cancel all my lines if I call again for an issue I am facing. (On 9/2 I have added lines and devices with the help of customer care rep as I’ve faced issues while adding lines from mobile all. Then representative charged me activation fee for the lines and asked me to call back after receiving devices for refund(activation fee). This is utterly disgusting service, never expected from a t Mobile rep
I purchased the Galaxy watch 5 LTE model @ a Samsung store with the hopes of activating it with phone so they it can be used independently (for ex. If I went to gym with the watch I could leave my phone at home). I have spoken to at least 5 reps at t mobile and once I give them the IMEI they say the watch is incompatible and cannot get its own line. When I try to get a line through the wear app it tells me to call sprint/ tmobile.I called Samsung and they ensured me it should work just fine once tmobile links my watch to my phone services to share data, calls and texts.Tmobile says if i purchase the watch directly through them it will work but I do not want to do that and it honestly doesnt make sense that I would have to.I'm unsure as to who is right and if this is possible. Help.
I bought a NEW Galaxy S10 on 6/21/19 from T-Mobile, Northport, NY and it was defective. Brought it back on 7/3/19 and the T-mobile rep EDDIE M. tried to change some settings. I was well within the 14 day "Buyers Remorse" time frame to get a new phone. Rep EDDIE M. said "dont worry, if this doesnt work, we will waive the fees and get you a NEW PHONE". His efforts did not work. I went back in and he ordered me a NEW PHONE. For some sketchy reason, the NEW PHONE could not be shipped to his store, so it was sent to another store for me to pick up. When the phone came in, I asked the guy if it was new and he said "NO - it is warranty phone, so it is refurbished". I told him not to open it that I was not taking it. I called T-Mobile and they said I had to go back to Northport store.When I spoke with Eddie, he couldn't understand why this happed and assured me AGAIN, that I would be getting a new phone. He'd spoke with his manager. I was then stalled and brushed off for 2-3 week

Your website claims that the latest update for this phone qas in 2019, and lists android 9 as the latest version. I am currently using android 10 on this device so that information is really old. the problem with this info being old is that your mods simply refer to this old update to answer update questions. All the other carriers released android 11 for the a20 last year. India t-mobile released android 11 for this phone in august of last year. we were promised 2 updates for this device, and it began with android 9. the last upsate i got was april 14th of this year, and it was a security patch A205USQSBBVC1 march security patch. I would like an explanation, and not simply a link to this outdated update page. Thank you for your time
