Network and server monitoring messages sent to Ph#@tmomail.net from our servers are being filtered by d79033b.ess.barracudanetworks.com which gives a dsn of 2.0.0 and status=sent (250 OK (Allowed)) but they frequently don’t get delivered to our phones. SPF records are valid for the domain. How do I get mail servers, domains or IPs white listed? This started as soon as we switched over to T-Mobile from Sprint’s messaging.sprintpcs.com. This critical to our business. Support requests so far want us to hard reset all of the new phones. Really? Thanks for any suggestions that can help resolve this issue.
