I’ve been receiving emails from T-Mobile indicating 3g network retirement and offering an option for a free phone. I need a phone with physical buttons for a visually impaired person, but when I contacted support they said the free phone offer doesn’t include any phones with the physical keys (old style flip phones), even though some of those devices are less expensive than the touchscreen 5g devices. Doesn’t this amount to unintended discrimination against people with visual impairments?
