I’ve tried all the suggested fixes without success. Talked to TMobile support and they say It’s a LG issue and they do not have a clue when it will be fixed. LG says it is a TMobile Network issue. Nobody is getting this fixed. I even stopped by the local TMobile sore and the employee told me TMobile sent a text months ago to thier users that Tmobile was going to end support for LG phones!! So, who do you believe?? So how is TMobile going to compensate us for this service outage?? It’s time to move to another provider.
