Almost everyday (especially in the past 2 months) I have missed calls because the phone didn’t ring but instead went directly to voice mail and I had no record of an incoming call. incidentally, the caller did not hear a ring back tone.Based on the number of messages concerning this issue written here I would say this is a major defect in T-Mobile’s network. Since my phone works most of the time -there is nothing I can do or need to do on the phone that will correct this intermittent problem. However, because it is an intermittent problem, it renders the phone service totally unreliable and unless T-Mobile is willing to seriously address and fix the problem ASAP I have no choice but to switch to another carrier.
