Not Working for Me

I guess this will be my last month with TMobile internet. The signal strength is good, but the service goes in and out plus they can't seem to connect me to a tower in my city. 🤯

Ping and Signal Strength

Hi, my service pings from Tampa, FL. I live 4 states away. My signal strength says it is excellent, but my download speed is less than 1 mbps. What should I do?
