So here is the issue I'm having. The wifi on my TMobile box stopped working I called T-Mobile they said they sent a new box second day delivery and gave me a tracking number. The box shipped then somehow disappeared from the tracking. It's been over a week I have made multiple calls to TMobile and now they are lost on how to handle the situation. What do you do. They say the will look into it and call you back but never do. I have asked to speak with a supervisor but the supervisor is always busy and cannot talk. Smh worst customer service ever.
