I have 4.5 lines with tmobil (why the .5..i have a watch with a line). All i want to do is upgrade 2 of my lines to new phones and there are no promotions unless I add a new line. Hello....why would I be adding a line? I had a new kid and wanted to get him a phone? My guess is that the vast majority of current customers have all the lines they need. why make your promotions based on adding new lines? thats something you do for the new customers..not your existing. Im not looking for the supper duper killer deal that they use to draw new customers, but throw me a bone here. They literally make you leave. I can go to verizon and 2 iphone 11s and 2 iphone 8s for less then it would cost me to upgrade 2 of my old phones to iphone 7s. Tell me Im missing something here?
It wont connect to the t-mobile network. I have tried1) Boot in safemode2)Clear partition cache3)Various network search a connect funtions.4) I have 3 t-mobile phones, so i swapped the simsnone of these did anything.is there anything SHORT of a master reset I can try?
