How do I get the hackers out of my iphone? I do not have Digits turned on, yet opened website for my account to for Digits turned on. I am only primary user. I do not have other devices to use my phone number and nor do I want to. I found on 11/28/2022 in the activity that “Digits was turned on by a store representative at 05:58” Who did this??? How do I prevent anyone from pretending to be me. They watch what I do on my phone, i have video of the scrolling in settings is choppy like my phone is fighting me. I turn airplane mode to take back control and I am being prevented from changing that setting. My phone has group messsging turned on and imessages after I turn it off and deregister on line and even after confirming facetime is off. Hi. Anyone out there use the Long Island Railroad at Penn Station in New York City? Well, sitting on the track level on the trains…..there seems to be NO TMobile signal whatsoever. Can’t browse at all using my Iphone. Coverage seems SO bad. (I just switched to TMO from ATT. With ATT, I always had decent internet coverage on these tracks!!!). Does anyone else experience this? Any possible solutions? Is there anyone we can complain to? Thanks.
I’m on essential plan right now from the promotion activate 2 new lines, get 3rd line free back in Dec 2021 (not long ago). It stated clearly $30/line and I got charge $90 for 2 lines plus taxes and fees= $105. At first I didn’t notice it but now it seems like didn’t make sense. Isn’t it 2 lines supposed to be $60 plus tax and fees, so it would be around ~$70-$80/month not $105? TMobile, are you trying to “scam” us with this fake promotion? I have seen several posts about VPNs not working with T-Mobile Home Internet. What is T-Mobile's plan to address this? I contacted my corporate IT department and they said it's not their VPN. All works fine on my old ATT home internet and Verizon Hotspot (work cell). Maybe I should drop T-Mobile Home Internet and go back to ATT.
I’m having a problem with T-Mobile 5g home internet that has not been resolved despite many calls in to the help line. I’ve had T-Mobile 5g home internet for almost a month now, and the short version is that every so often the gateway drops the network. When I say “drop the network,” I mean to say it throws everything off of the Wifi that it’s broadcasting, and anything plugged in via ethernet says “no network found. (To elaborate this point, cell phones switch to cellular data because wifi is gone for them, and computers hardwired into the gateway think that they are no longer plugged into anything.) Turning off the gateway and turning it back on resolves the issue, but doesn’t prevent it from happening again. Whatever is happening doesn’t seem to affect our connection speed/strength when the gateway IS providing signal to devices in the home, but due to the nature of our work, we need a connection that won’t just disconnect randomly. Hello, T-Mobile has my LG K8 model phone listed as an older LG K7 model with an older os. I am getting a lot of apps being “non-compatible” with the phone. The K7 has an os of 5.1 while my phone (K8) has an os of 7.1.2. Could the wrong model on the website be the cause of this ?
HELPunable to connect (wirelessly) our HP 8600 PRO printer to the 5G Gateway we just received. I have entered the pw as we have on all of our other devices and have not had success. The printer connected wirelessly to the previous provider just fine. Any simple suggestions would be appreciated. I am not super techy so please keep it dumbed down a bit. Thank you!
I have a very strange issue since last night.I am not able to connect to Netflix app, Prime video app, Ring app, etc from my phone (and my wife’s phone) via Home Internet or Tmobile cellular. However, I have no issue connecting to YouTube app and many other apps. Also, I can login to Netflix and Prime video via my phone’s browser.To make it even more confusing….When I connect my phone to my friend’s home wifi (Spectrum customer), I have no issues connecting to Netflix, Prime Video, etc.Also, none of my amazon devices (echo, fireTV, etc) have internet access since last night. I connected these devices directly to the Gateway. i rebooted the gateway and my devices many times….still have the issue>I am completely lost….Any idea?Thanks
I got the new iPhone 13 Pro Max back in October of last year. With that upgrade, I also got 5g. For some reason, my 4g data in my iPhone 11 worked absolutely great while this does not want to work at all. Things like messages, safari, and the phone app are great, but I can’t open my social media apps or my email apps.
Does anybody have an idea as to when T-Mobiles OP 10 pros will receive the OOS 13 update? I bought the phone with the understanding it's already received the Android 13 update but apparently the T-Mobile model is the only one that HASNT been updated.
I got a new Samsung phone from T-Mobile store, I can no longer use my T-mobile account on Play Store to make purchases. The payment method has been disabled on Play Store, when I try to “enable” it again it says “due to my T-Mobile account settings I cannot enable this payment method” and to contact the primary account holder (ME!). I’ve searched through my T-Mobile account settings for three days - I cannot find anywhere that these purchases are blocked. I certainly did not block them. I don’t know what else to try.
