My father lives in a small town in southern Arizona. With Sprint, we had really good service when we visited him. We switched to the T-mobile SIM cards a few months ago. Now when we visit him, the service is pretty bad. I thought with the merger that we would have access to both networks. How do I contact T-mobile to let them know their coverage sucks there?
after i updated my phone to android 12 my service got so dam bad i wish i dint do it my z fold 3 is slow and the service is patchy and im tired of talking to a rep it seems all i get is a reset your phone and that could help this a 1800 phone i might get rid of it and get the galaxy S22 ultra if this phone does not get any better
This issue with the “T-Mobile app keeps stopping” has been going on for many months. About a month ago, I found out in this forum that t-mobile was aware of the issue & was working on it. It stopped for awhile & started again a few days ago. This is beyond annoying. I have tried everything I could think of - uninstalling the app, updating the app, reinstalling the app, rebooting after doing anything new, etc. At times my phone is almost unusable because the message pops up when I am trying to do something crucial - like making a payment to a medical provider. This can’t be that difficult of a fix. T-Mobile - your response to this issue is unacceptable. When are you going to fix this issue permanently. I am tired of my phone being held hostage to your dismissal of this problem & your refusal to make a permanent fix.
Just set up my gateway… working fine for the most part, but it doesn’t appear in the list of available networks on my Windows 10 laptop. Phone, tablet, another laptop elsewhere in the house… the network shows up just fine on all those devices.Any idea what would cause this? TIA!
I’m having issues getting a rebate from T-mobile on the AirPod Promotion. When I go into the rebate site https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ my phone number is auto-populated and then it requires Promotion Code. I’ve never received a promotion code. What is this promotion code and is it unique to my purchase. I have called customer service and they basically seem like they don’t know what I’m talking about. This is quite frustrating and I’d like to get my rebate visa.
I keep getting locked out of my apps because I can never verify with my phone number. I never get the text messages with codes, I can never make online appts to follow links because I never get the links. I have an IPhone and it’s completely updated.
So I just got two LTE galaxy watch 4's to use when I don't want to carry my phone with me (while exercising). After spending two hours at a T-Mobile store and another hour on the phone with a technician, they escalate and another tech comes on and advises me that the galaxy watch 4 cannot be used as a standalone on t mobile. It can only be used when connected and near the phone its paired with! WHY would T-Mobile sell an LTE watch that can only be used when connected to the phone? That is called a Bluetooth watch! Very frustrated with them wasting 3 hours of my time, when this could have been mentioned when the watches were ordered. And even then, why sell LTE watches instead of Bluetooth watches? Has anyone one had this issue?
T-Mobile play in the app selector have been sending me notification and have been downloaded without my permission or my initiation several times this week and I have uninstalled them several times and they keep coming back on top of that Facebook an app that I haven't used since 2014 keeps being downloaded along with these two and I want to know why or this will escalate because this is a massive violation of privacy.
Hello, I am having trouble. I went into the T-Mobile store with two different phones and they reset the network settings and now the data does not work on either phone. The guy in the store could not fix it but he said to contact device support online and they will help. I am Deaf and he said they have a live chat online so somebody can help me. I found the link, it asked me to log in, and once I logged in the link disappeared and I have spent almost an hour navigating the website trying to find the link. Can somebody please help me. I’m very frustrated.
I have the unlimited TMobile ISP internet modem, and it works ok, but it has limitations that I can solve by using a different modem. The TMobile ISP box does NOT have a bridge mode and it does NOT have external ports for external antennas. For those of us in rural areas this means we get maybe 1 bar of service. The NO bridge mode means I either intend to let the TMobile modem be a router as well as a modem, and I don’t like this idea for several reasons: 1) The firewall sucks. 2) no masquerade 3) No detail configurable firewall with subnets, 4) No embedded GPS for location & 5) the 2.4 & 5 Mhz Wifi is not powerful enough to reach the far corners of the home and those emitters interfere with the cellular signal at 1 bar, making upload speeds suck for a Plex server. So I prefer my Mikrotik router, and my Mikrotik AP’s stanmding alone on the network - which means I need the TMobile ISP modem to be in bridge mode, (but they don’t have a bridge mode) or I’ll encounter a double
Hello, Did anyone else have an issue today when they redeemed the Fuel Rewards with Shell only $0.05 was credited in lieu of the $.10 off? My Fiancé and I are confused for we confirmed we are at Gold Status and can’t get through to a Fuel Rewards Rep or a T-Mobile Rep (been on hold for almost an hour and a half (90 minutes).
I am trying to figure out what the difference is in this and how do I find out which one I have? Does the device have to be paid off to upgrade or can I upgrade even though I still owe - how does this work? Thank you, Suzanne
TLDR; when trading in your phone through the mail, are you supposed to receive a trade-in kit in the mail seperately to send your old phone in? Or do you have to go in the store and ask them to do it for you? So I’m supposed to send in my old phone as part of the trade-in process, and I’m confused on how to send them my old phone? I’ve received the new phone...and when I made the arrangements in store they said I should receive a separate box to mail in my old phone with all the information on how to do it inside, but I’ve yet to receive it, and it’s been about 5 days since the order was made, 3 days since having the phone they sent me.I looked at the shipping label on my order status and I scanned the code to either schedule a pick up or go to the post office- If I go to the post office will they package it for me? Is it similar to like an Amazon return or do I have to package it myself?I honestly feel like the answer is so simple and for some reason it’s just going right over my head
