Hi everyone! I have to ask a kind of personal question, so please keep it classy. No one knows my background, I just need practical answers. My husand and I received two emails from T-Mobile instructing us to renew our prepaid account. However, I thought the prepaid account was closed three months previous. I tried to log in to the prepaid website using both the email and the prepaid number, but was unable. I called and the rep told me in no uncertain terms, that if we received the emails, there was a prepaid account still active using the email account, but not using the number of which I was aware. Naturally this is unsettling. Secret phones are no bueno, so I want to make sure when I inquire about this, I'm not being the ***hole. Is anyone aware of any other scenario that could possibly explain the emails? And remember, please be nice.
I am hoping anyone can share some intel on the appropriate contacts to get dispute resolution, consumer code advocacy, mediation with T-Mobiles Legal Aides? I have a very simple issue which has been handled with discrimination to myself, as a person with disabilities and as a female. I have spoke with “supervisors” with the general call center, and they only perpetrated the situation with false information and agreement to actions that never got the attention they promised in which I have recordings. I have tried so many different numbers, and have been given false hope, simple enough I think they are hoping I give up the hardships this is been for myself and my son. Please any information on how to proceed, with financials in which are limited please.
Hello, I had printed the shipping label for my trade in. However, it shows in the Receipt label the wrong ph. that I have to return. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 black. And the label reads Samsung Galaxy S21 Grey. Can you please send me a label with the correct ph. I don’t want to have problems (I already had enough problems getting my I phone). Thanks,Xico Ceballos
I recently realized I was paying for a wearable I no longer had but found out I was also being charged for a phone I never had. When I called about the wearable, the agent asked about the S9 on my account. Told her I don’t have that phone and asked for the IMEI. After comparing it to my old work phone and seeing it didn’t match she told me T-Mobile would look into it. I’ve been paying for that add on since last June. Never heard back so I called back today. This agent said it was taken off my account so I don’t have to worry. I want to know where it came from. Do I continue to call or just find a new carrier?
We have had Essentials + 55 for about a month and the service we get is horrid. Never get a 4G signal only LTE in spotty places. My wife and I travel for work in the area of sw GA and nw Florida and in many areas(over 50%) we get no signal at all. Since we switched from AT&T we have never once gotten a 4G signal, only LTE and at best 2 bars. My wife has an iPhone 6 and I use a second generation iPhone SE. Either we figure this out or we must replace our service. Any suggestions?
Okay I’ve been with t-mobile since may 2020. I brought a new red iPhone XR, I got on the 50 prepaid & was doing that for a year & a half. Every time I tried to use my t-mobile app it wouldn’t work. I ask t-mobile employees about my app not working the couldn’t help me. I recently switched to a plan & my app still not working it’s been almost 2 years & the app never work. Idk what to do at this point
I put my phone on the charger as I was going to sleep last night, as I do every night. When I woke up, the phone was dead. Thinking it was maybe that outlet or charger, I tried the fast charger in two more outlets. Nothing. Dead. Does T-Mobile even offer chat or repair stores? I miss Sprint.
Almost everyday (especially in the past 2 months) I have missed calls because the phone didn’t ring but instead went directly to voice mail and I had no record of an incoming call. incidentally, the caller did not hear a ring back tone.Based on the number of messages concerning this issue written here I would say this is a major defect in T-Mobile’s network. Since my phone works most of the time -there is nothing I can do or need to do on the phone that will correct this intermittent problem. However, because it is an intermittent problem, it renders the phone service totally unreliable and unless T-Mobile is willing to seriously address and fix the problem ASAP I have no choice but to switch to another carrier.
Hi,I’ve been using an old iPhone SE 1st generation. I ordered a new iPhone SE directly from Apple Its unlocked and not tied to any carrier. if the SIM cards are physically the same size, can I just swap it over to the new phone and go on my merry way ? Tx, Kevin
I’m looking to use one of my phone lines exclusively for a cellular (LTE) smartwatch. Would that be possible? Basically, since I won’t be using a phone on that line, and just a smartwatch, I’m hoping to not make any adjustment to my monthly plan or billings.
Just connected to T Mobile gateway internet.When doing a group text with a mixture of I phones and Androids the text wont go thru when sending. Works fine on a group text with all I Phones and works fine when I text someone with an android 1 on 1. I have an I phone 14 and when we were connected to comcast it worked fine, also works if I shut the Wi-Fi off on my phone.Anyone else have this issue? Is there a solution?
I’ve had no application for DIGITS until now, maybe.My wife and I each have our own T-Mobile phones.Right now, my wife is very busy with doctors and nurses at a rehab facility where her mother is staying. She also has to deal with a number of other people who are involved. Phone calls from this bunch arrive at random times, often when she’s unable to take a call.Can DIGITS allow me to answer calls intended for her phone on mine when she’s unable to answer or just doesn’t answer? If yes, can she grab the call even though I'm on it already? With DIGITS active, can I call her, or will DIGITS explode?
Hello, I have TMO Home Internet plan as well as the phone plan. My phone plan does not include Unlimited data usage. When I subscribed to TMO home internet, the sales person told me it is compatible with MMS messages. I was excited since the Home Internet would be compatible with MMS and I wouldn’t need to use my data for my phone which is limited. Well, it does not work. I am using Message app and also Textra app for my Android device. Both says I need to turn my mobile data to receive message or download a file sent via MMS. Please Help. Thanks.
