Is there a fix for code F451
Before yesterday (10/17/2022), I’ve always had a command prompt window (MS Windows) up running a constant ping at 3 second interval - so I can tell when the network starts to degrade or just stops responding (which has become very frequent in the last few months).As of yesterday morning, both ping and tracert commands consistently fail. As in no longer any response. So it appears the ports used for those commands are now being blocked on the 5g network? I have a 5g phone on Tmobile, and I see the same result. On 5g with hotspot turned on, with computer connected, ping and tracert fail 100%. If I force the phone to use LTE and stay off 5g, ping and tracert start working again. Don’t really understand why Tmobile would block such a basic network analysis command.This is in downtown Scottsdale AZ. As a sidenote, service on the 5g network degrades consistently every day after about 8am, and usually is consistently bad all weekend long. Works great before 8am most days.
One of my Iphones will not receive calls when connected to our Tmobile 5 home internet. If I turn wifi off on the phone it works just fine. My other Iphone does not seem to have that problem. We are using brand new Iphone 14’s.
How long does it take to get the $50 card and if in time, can it pay your first bill?

Tmobil is where technology does not work. they ask for devices that were sent back !!!!they are trying to charge me for WHAT THEIR SYSTEM ERRONEOUSLY show as not received.THEIR SHIPPING LABEL WAS USED !! I’ve Samsung S22 Ultra 5G with e-SIM. Plan is Simply Pre-Paid with 10GB of Data/Month and has USD$15 for International Calling, which Includes Mexico and Canada. I came to Mexico City, Mexico on 4th Feb 2023 and soon after the Plane Land, I saw the data as LTE. Roaming is On and Manually Selected the Network TELCEL(T-Mobile partner). Now the issue is I can see the LTE Icon, but Chrome, WhatsApp and Facebook are not loading. I reset the Network setting and did a Phone Re-Start. Airplane Mode was on-off, and the Data send/receive is still not working. #RON# (#766#) also tried. I also used Speedtest to see whether data send/receive happened and in Speedtest, it could not connect the Provider and Server. The call and SMS service is working Fine. I raised 2 Tickets, one after another, with Customer Service and Engineer team and they said it would take 72 Hours to resolve. hello, i thought id drop by here to let everyone in my area who might be thinking about switching to them know that the service is godawful, and it appears they have zero plans for midband 5G here. it’s especially pathetic that the midband is in most small towns BUT not the largest city in MT. The tower downtown (the big one on n. 22nd street) is insanely overloaded and oversubscribed. it was erected a few years back after people started jumping ship again from the bad signal from lack of towers. now they’ve neglected the overloaded tower and it malfunctions practically every weekday from 9a-9p. AT&T has actually rolled out 5G service correctly, and so has Verizon. T-MO is once again left as the worst and slowest carrier in Billings. How are you sending/ receiving text on Jetblue using android? I know that SMS won't work but I couldn't get google messaging or Whatsapp to send/receive. The wifi was connected and internet worked great. I had Wifi calling on but had no ability to text.
I Know I get Free international data,Text and VOIP calls are free with my Max55+ plan. I was told and have also read in the simple global terms that any incoming calls VIA cellular or WiFi will be charged $.25 a minute even if I do not answer it’s a given $.25 charge.I enabled, “Block Content Downloads”,”Spam Blocker” and “Charged international roaming” in my account is this pretty much all I need to do and still be able to have Data,Text and make VOIP calls on Line,Whats App and FaceTime?Bob
I can't receive calls from one specific number (my job). The number IS NOT blocked. It works maybe once a day then it stop working. When someone calls me from the job phone, it will ring and go to voicemail but the message they leave don't get recorded. Have anyone had this issue? If so, how was it fixed? (All other numbers work)

I recently logged into my account and noticed in global settings that there was a shipping address I did not recognize. When I googled the location on google maps, it turned out to be a shopping mall. TMobile could not explain how that address was set as my default account, or whether anything was shipped to that account, including bills. I’d like to contact the fraud department, but there’s no direct link to them. Suggestions on how to proceed here?
Our business uses SMS messages to send notifications to customers regarding some events.It seems that when we send a message out via Twilio . . it mostly works. The problem is this:If I copy one of the links and paste it into an SMS and hit send. Somehow, my 16 year old got her info on my TMobile account and even ordered a new phone and signed her name even though I am the only primary owner of the account. Even my husbands name isn’t on the account. The kid’s name, email are all listed on the order info but shipped and billed to me. The order was cancelled because she didn’t have any money so her debit card didn’t work. She denies all this. I checked and it was her debit card used so how could it have been anyone else unless someone with her? How could this have happened? Why was she even allowed to put that info in my account? Her name only was even on Digits this afternoon but is gone now. I had never seen Digits. So upset.

I recently bought a Sync up tracker. It has randomly gone offline randomly a couple times. Battery still has 30-40% charge when it does it, and the only way I can get it back online is to put it on a charger and hold the power button down. It happens after the tracker has been stationary for 2-3 days. Anyone have thoughts on what causes this?

I’m writing this here because there doesn’t seem to be a way for me to engage T-mobile over email (so as to send them all the evidence related to my horrible experience), and I’m hoping that a representative monitoring the forums will pick up on this and provide a way for me to discuss this with T-mobile over email. Two day ago on the 25th of January, I was victimized by a SIM card swap scam perpetrated by some total strangers in New Jersey (I live in Washington state myself). The fraudsters apparently called T-mobile, impersonated me, and got my number transferred to their SIM card, which they then used to gain access to my bank account and PayPal account, leading to two days of hassle and anguish, as well as the financial damage listed below:$10,000 from my bank account that I cannot use pending investigation of fraud $1,075 in charges made to my credit card from my PayPal account Approximately another $100 in non-credit card-funded charges made using my PayPal account $
These phones come absolutely full of garbage software I want off them. I didn’t ask for facebook and when I found out there was Microsoft stuff there - blech. I can’t remove a lot of garbage, unfortunately, because I don’t have actual access to control my own phone that I bought and paid for (why, Samsung, why must you be so Apple-like). Some googling shows that to remove that stuff I need root access (I know what this means, I’m a linux user). To get root, I apparently need to unlock my bootloader. XDA Devs says I need to allow OEM unlocking - but this option has been totally removed by T-Mobile. No problem. Downgrading the OS by fooling the system clock is supposed to be possible - but, no, that was removed too. I talked to Samsung and they couldn’t help me, but said I should talk to my carrier, so here I am. How can I get OEM unlock working?
I signed up the T-Mobile Home Internet Service back in January 2021 when I saw the promotion for 50$ per month with autopay. At the time when I signed up, T-Mobile representative told me that she would add the Home Internet service bill to my existing 8 voice lines account since I already setup the autopay. She assured me 50$ per month with autopay since Home Internet service is independent from voice line. When I received the first bill, they charged me 55$, not 50$ as I was told. I then called T-Mobile. They told me it could be due to the gap between billing cycles and assured me the following bills would be automatically corrected to 50$.Last month, February 2021, I was still charged 55$, no discount. Hello, i recently had to switch cellphone providers from sprint to tmobile since sprint merged. For years i have played xbox live with a mobile hotspot all the way back to when ntelos was still around. Its always worked fine until i had to switch to tmobiles network and now i cant join any xbox live parties whatsoever. This has never been an issue until now, ive tried speaking with representatives and gotten no help or real answers as to why this is. Ive read on here that others have had similar issues with tmobile but they were using a gateway router. Im using the hotspot off my phone which again, has always worked great until having to switch to tmobile. Anyone know a fix?
Has anyone experienced an issue with the T-Mobile 5G hotspot saying “wifi radio disabled” ? If so has any found a solution or have an answer on what to do. The device was swapped out and still having same issue.
