Our LTE cellspot has been working fine for a while now. This morning we woke up to:Power flashing greenInternet solid greenStatus solid greenGPS solid green3G/4g no light4G LTE no lightI rebooted and have unplugged. This sequence is not in the quick guide. I have a call into 611. The tech said to unplug and reboot (he said did something on his end) and he’ll call back in 2 hours. It is still doing the same thing an hour and a half later (it has been 5 hours since we woke up and I did initial troubleshooting without tech) so I thought I’d post here to see if anyone has feedback in the meantime...? Thanks!
Paid off EIP early for 2019 launch promo. T-MOBILE reduced their number of credits and continue to charge me. The total of the IPhone 11 was $699. I have paid $350 dollars towards the phone. They are continuing to charge me until the balance is paid. Therefore I end up paying more then the amount of the contracted $350 that T-Mobile gave me for my trade in. I paid off IPhone 8 and continued to receive 24 credits from T-Mobile without issue previously. Spent an hour ½ on phone with customer service rep and manager that assured me I was not paying more than $350, but based on the math I definitely am. They won’t provide me with the EIP agreement, its expired in my 2019 email and it’s not on the member portal. I just want to see it in writing. Manager sent me a link to 2019 promo disclaimer, but absolutely nothing about EIP prepay penalty. I’ve paid my share. I think T-Mobile is being unethical and I’m being penalized for paying early. I’m not asking for handout, but for fairness. Lesson
Does anyone have the same issue with me, it happened last week Wednesday. My iPhone 12 pro can make phone calls, can send messages to other guys, but NO data. My data plan is unlimited. The signal bar is 5G, but no network.I tried everything, reset all settings, erase all data and contents, that does not work. I went to the T-mobile store, they replaced a new 5G SIM card for me, but it did not work. I went to the Apple store, they thought it is a hardware or antenna issue, they changed it but still not work. After that, they replaced a new phone for me, but the issue still not resolved. They told me it has to be the carrier problem. I went T-mobile again today, I do not know what they did on my phone, but finally, it was working, it can open websites on cellular data. But again, 1 hour ago when I was outside, the cellular data just suddenly disappeared. I tried to restart, reset all settings, it does not work. I am so confusing is T-mobile restrict my usage or something else??

When I on cellular, I randomly get blocked by webguard from websites like HomeDepot.com or Menards.com. I have never had webguard on my account. I called into support and they “allegedly” fixed this issue, but now it’s back again. How can I make webguard permanently go away? It’s really infuriating to have to call into support all the time to get this issue fixed . (iPhone 12 Pro 14.4.2, I am the account admin) I’ve already tried all the basic stuff: reset network connections, hard reset, restarting, wipe and fresh install absolutely nothing resolves this problem.Never had or used webguard but yet it keeps blocking me from basic sites.
Hi, is there any way to follow along with the latest firmware version numbers and what is in each update? I just started using the T-Mobile Home Internet and looked today and it went from 168 to 178 and was wondering what is in this update and each future update.
I have a OnePlus 8 running Android 11. When I connect it to my car (2019 GMC Terrain) it takes anywhere from a few seconds to 15 minutes for the phone to connect. I see no pattern as to how long it will take to connect and become usable through the car’s display. This has been going on since the upgrade to Android 11 - when was that - January? I’ve seen posts re AA issues in other forums and websites. I’ve tried various things like clearing caches, setting different defaults for USB behavior, different USB cables, etc. My wife has a Samsung S20 and her phone connects instantly and flawlessly every time. So the issue is not the car. None of the attempted fixes have changed anything. I talked to TMobile tech support and, while helpful and inquisitive, they said they didn’t really have record of people complaining about it. I’m “thisclose” to selling this OnePlus (my first). Any ideas? Has anyone else experienced something like this? Thanks.Jim
I have a Galaxy A11 and a couple months ago my camera stopped working and it closes out then does this…I've checked my settings many times and there isn't any restrictions, so idk whats wrong. also the last time I took a picture before I realized I couldn't anymore was Febuary.thx for any advice, it really helps.
For the past four days, we’ve had issues with not being able to access certain websites, including almost all google services (including gmail and youtube), cnn, as well as my work (no income != no good). I’ve tried all variety of fixes, the only thing that works is to run the connection through a VPN. Everything works find then. This narrows it down to an IP/DNS issue on T-Mobile’s end. What gives? Who do I contact to get this fixed?
I have only had the home internet for a month, trying before switching my old isp off. I have gone in and made sure that web guard filtering is off but i continually get random messages that sites are blocked by web guard. I go in and check and its turned off. 1 device in chrome it will allow another it won’t. I have tried the https in front and it appears to work. If I were to continue to keep this service which is more costly than my other isp, is this going to be the norm. ????If I would have known about issues like this I wouldn’t be interested. I hope anyone looking at home internet from tmobile sees the issues and thinks twice. I still have my old isp and may give up on tmobile pretty quick. I don’t want to have to change settings constantly.
I traded in a Samsung S9 for the S21 Ultra 5G. Warehouse mis-identified the S9 as a S6. So instead of a $30 credit, I’m getting a $8 instead. I’ve spoken to 4 different CS reps, each time was told the issue will be escalated to trade-in (or another) dept. Only got 2 follow up calls and without any resolution. The IMEI # label that was placed on the phone at the warehouse is a Samsung S9 when checked on T-Mobile’s IMEI checker (see attached photo). IMEI photo from warehouseLast CS I spoke to said the warehouse was contacted and the warehouse’s response was they had input a different IMEI # than what I was providing. However, the IMEI # I gave is the one from the photo the warehouse took. CS realized that even though the warehouse claimed a different IMEI, it was the same # that’s noted on my account. Other CS’s from earlier calls also found the IMEI # the warehouse provided is a match for a Samsung S9.Another photo from the warehouse shows the software used to identifying the phone model
In 2016 T-Mobile had a deal where they will pay the cancellation fees when you switch to their net work after you send them the last bill of from your old network. I did as following when I switch from sprint to T-Mobile and my terminations fees were never paid. I now have $818 in collections by sprint from a debt collector and have telling them that T-Mobile promised to pay off my cancellation fees they know won’t physical paper evidence and I’m not sure where to go or how to ask T-Mobile to provide this.
Ordered and paid $298.52 for a phone, 5 G Galaxy A32 , that's a promotional shtick. If only I knew this phone would exceed the 2 day free delivery online advertisement , speaking with outsourced support call center reps who are poorly underscripted in resolving matters, & a indefinite pending delivery date due to Sprint/tmobiles's desire to get more customers by offering the very phone just want my money at this point.
Been a T-Mobile customer for almost 13 years now, and i’m moving to an area with barely any T-Mobile coverage (zipcode 75472). Is there any way to request new towers in the area or see if the towers in the area will ever be upgraded? Last thing I want is to have to leave T-Mobile and go to verizon. Please, TMO!
This issue is widespread on the htc bolt, and few people have found ways to fix it. One of which shows up if you Google search this exactly, "htc bolt half black screen" . If you search that the 5th search result is "Solved: HTC Bolt Display Screen Half Black Broken"The link is this:https://community.sprint.com/t5/HTC/HTC-Bolt-Display-Screen-Half-Black-Broken/td-p/946950/page/10But for some reason the link doesnt work and I cant find the post anywhereI found this YouTube video but it's in another language and I cant figure out what he's doingDoes anyone know how to fix this issue? Or have a working link
My phone constantly stops having bars and 4G no matter where I am. It happens at home and at work. I can't send or receive texts or phone calls even if I am on Wi-Fi at times. At work I am an emergency responder so it is important my phone is working if emergency services gets activated. I pay way too much for this kind of service, and I'm looking to possibly switch to AT&T.
