can I get the sim card in R910 hot spot updated or do I have to get a new hot spot
I have had cellular service since August 2021 with home internet since September. In October I began experiencing issues to my service and after 3 warranty exchanges it was told to me that the 3 towers that I got service from were in disrepair, which was the source of my issue. “Great!!! How long before the towers are repaired???” I ask. I was informed that 2 towers were padlocked by the owners and they were in litigation to get access, and 1 was waiting on parts. Fast forward to today and the home internet rep told me that he doesn't know when I will get reliable service, with the cellular tech support rep telling me the same thing. I work from home and not having reliable internet service is for the birds. Have you ever had a zoom meeting with someone that has shoddy service??? I have had important phone calls missed because I cant use my phone that day. I was configuring my Nokia G50 to deactivate receiving voicemails. While doing so, I noticed my 5G phone was listed in my home network’s area as connected 2.5G service, which it wasn’t before. I re-selected 5G, and all seemed well. Until, I turned my phone on again later. Whereas, previously, it always in the upper left corner verified I was a T-Mobile customer, suddenly it was indicating I was on AT&T. My SIM is T-Mobile, and always was from the time I got the phone, and signed up for T-Mobile. Why is it telling me it is AT&T now?
Got LG V40 . phone doesn’t receive call properly ( doesn’t ring ,goes to voicemail.It has been dropped few times with case on it. has crack bottom corner. Also now has cracked screen diagnally. but that happened later and doesn’t affect phone operation. was wondering if its repairable through tmobile coverage 360 ? Its pretty awsome phone , one of their last decent models. . was considering trade in if its going to require long repair times. Would be willing to trade in for something equal spec or better . I have been to tmobil store and guy looked at it and mentioned it was likely hardware issue. ( tried reset and all that)
I am a prepaid customer, presently in the 15 usd month t mob connect plan. If I switch to the 5 dollar month internet plan, will I be able to continue “receiving” text and calls, if not making calls or texts.Really appreciate your answering.
I used the T-Mobile web interface to add funds to my pre-paid account. The amount requested was added once, as expected. My credit card was billed twice!If only I could do the same with my paycheck…When I tried to call T-Mobile the wait time was half hour so I gave up and I disputed the charge with my credit card.

I broke my phone in Finland and had to buy a new phone there. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S 21 Ultra and popped my T Mobile sim card in and it worked fine for 6 months when I returned to the US. Then all of a sudden I couldn't receive calls. No notifications or anything. I could get calls over internet (whatsapp) but the phone would not ring. Attempted fixes included a hard reset (ugh), new sim, lots of setting changes, but nothing worked. The phone has two sim slots so I put the sim in from my old Finnish phone and called the number and it rings. So are the phone and the sim incompatible? Everything I've read says it shpuld work fine and it did for 6 months. Thoughts? Finnish Girl
Problem I have is that on my mobile networks page in settings there is no network operators showing either in auto or selected manually the network mode shows 5G/LTE/3G/2G. (Auto connect).. Access Point Names T-Mobile US LTE. There is no Network Operators in auto or manual selections.
