For some reason Disney+, Netflix, and a couple other streaming sites can't be used when I'm connected to TMobile. If I connect back to my cable ISP they work perfectly. I contacted support and they didn't know anything and wanted me to contact every channel that wasn't working. Does anyone have any suggestions before I drop it?
My gf and I both have S22 Ultras. For the past 24 hours she has been getting hundreds of messages that look like this: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><imRevoke xmlns="urn:gsma:params:xml:ns:rcs:rcs:rcsrevoke"><Message-ID>Mx7B-iNkNgR-WiZx8PL1bAHQ</Message-ID><result>failed</result><From>sip:+[her number]@msg.pc.t-mobile.com</From><To>sip:[my number]@msg.pc.t-mobile.com</To></imRevoke> Any ideas on what is happening? Thanks in advance.
Hi,I can't access my T-Mobile account in the web. I can access no problem in the app. I tried Chrome and Microsoft Edge. I cleared history, cache, cookies with the same result. After I login, the page only display the footer…This has been happening for months. I was able to see the account a couple of weeks ago when I clear the cache. I tried the next day and even though I deleted everything (cache, cookies), I couldn't access it.This is a business account. Please help
I’ve been filing for a refund for a phone that I never got to receive since September 2021. I’ve been charged $729.99 for something I never got. So far, I’ve just been passed around the store staff and the customer service representatives, got a lot of promises of it getting resolved, but so far I’ve gotten to nothing but stress and frustration. I also am just irritated that every time I try to call and follow up they keep asking me the same questions. So I just wanted to ask if there is an email where I can forward my entire complaint to? I’ll send them all the screenshots and receipts and whatnot. I’m really so tired with the bad service.Thank you.
Hello, all. I specifically asked if I could still get the discount for the military plan if I was the spouse of a military member and was told yes. Apparently, that’s not the case and I have to have my spouse (who is not on T-Mobile and uses a prepaid phone) be the primary. I’ve emailed support and never heard back how I add him to the account and then make him the primary so I can upload his DD214 as proof of service. Thank you to anyone who can help!
So I just got two LTE galaxy watch 4's to use when I don't want to carry my phone with me (while exercising). After spending two hours at a T-Mobile store and another hour on the phone with a technician, they escalate and another tech comes on and advises me that the galaxy watch 4 cannot be used as a standalone on t mobile. It can only be used when connected and near the phone its paired with! WHY would T-Mobile sell an LTE watch that can only be used when connected to the phone? That is called a Bluetooth watch! Very frustrated with them wasting 3 hours of my time, when this could have been mentioned when the watches were ordered. And even then, why sell LTE watches instead of Bluetooth watches? Has anyone one had this issue?
A few days ago my Motorola One 5G ace uploaded Android 11. Now every time when I turn it on I get this really annoying notification : Share contacts with TMobile? It offers 2 choices : Yes, or Not now. I already turned off all notifications for TMobile and yet I keep getting this notification. That is an invasion of my privacy and it really bothers me that TMobile has no respect for one’s privacy. It is of no business for TMobile asking me to share my contacts.
I purchased my iPhone12 Mini in July, 2021 from Best Buy. Since I travel a lot internationally I contacted T-Mobile for unlocking. I guess default is locking because they checked and told me it was locked, and I was told it will be unlock. A few days later I was assured it was unlock. In October and november, 2021, I went to Canada but did not need to change my SIM card. I have been in Korea for the last 6 weeks and need a local phone number and found my iphone is still locked! I contacted T-Mobile and they sent me a set of instructions to follow to unlock my phone and here are my comments and questions:The instruction starts with “backing up” my iphone. - Is auto backup good enough just in case something goes wrong? I started follow the instruction and resetting one after another so I stopped because I realized I am resetting to virtually going back up factory setting. Can’t T-Mobile unlock my iphone remotely as they had claimed last year soon after I purchased my iphone? Since
It’s been such a struggle. For no apparent reason I can’t use certain apps such as Youtube, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, certain websites on Google. Whatsapp takes a few minutes to load messages. This all happens when I’m on cellular. I’ve tried restarting I did that thing where you #263#. I literally factory reset my phone. Please somebody help me.
I don’t know if anybody can help. Encountered a few deal breaking moments with T-mobile Home Wifi internet.I get a whopping 100-235mbps with my High-Speed Internet Gateway but it prevents full access to apps causing extreme lag spikes, pages not loading and video not playing with Amazon Prime Video (on PS4 and on Amazon Fire Stick 4k), TD Ameritrade trading platform for Windows 10, and to a lesser extent apps like Epic Games on PCI also have T-vision TV package, that works fine. So does Netflix.Epic games was able to be fixed once telling PC to use Google DNS 126.96.36.199. and 188.8.131.52. respectively.I had to use Nord VPN to get TD Ameritrade to function correctly without freezing at times, DNS change did not work here.Amazon prime video is still a no go, constantly stops and takes a long time to load again only to stop again. DNS change also did not resolve the issue. It should still work with Nord VPN because it bypasses all T-Mobile filters, but I did not buy T-mobile Home WiFi internet to
I see complaints 6+ months old on the lack of UPnP and Open NAT (Port Forwarding) settings in the NOK 5G21 Gateways. Unable to use XBox with it. My Gateway came with the most recent software already loaded (1609). Is T-Mobile going to address this or are they just saying they are? I can’t get anything more than a scripted answer from technical support.
Hello, so I currently have an older ONE Plus plan, with international data and 10 GB hotspot. I’m currently overseas on a family vacation and we’ve been using the hotspot for the last couple of days. I was interested in upgrading our 10GB hotspot plan to the 20GB hotspot plan when I noticed the global pass. But the global pass only seems to have 5GB of “tethering” (which I read as hotspot), at a subtantially higher price.the only real advantage I see to the global pass is the ability to make voice calls without an additional fee. given my goal is to increase the amount of data my family can access, what is the reason for getting the global pass instead of the much cheaper hotspot boost?
We jumped on home internet service as soon as we heard about it. For a long time now, Comcast has been the only choice in Baltimore City and it feels like they squeeze city residents to subsidize lower prices for their customers in the counties where they have competition. Our current Comcast bill is just over $100 per month with their most basic service, a bundled Internet + TV. We don’t even use the TV service but they wouldn’t give us a plan with just internet service. This costs us about $110/month. I can plug my brother’s address (he has VZ Fios) in on the Comcast website and get offers for $39.99/month. I’ve been looking for a way to break free of Comcast for years now so I want to love this service but it’s just not measuring up.We had one of the mobile internet gateways delivered on 3/9. I started testing it immediately and was consistently getting speeds well over 300Mbps down on the first floor of my house. I even hit above 400Mbps a few times. So I went ahead and put that g
To whom it may concern: What are T-Mobile's thoughts on the two passages below? 1. "God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." - Genesis 1:272. "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh." - Genesis 2:24 Does T-Mobile, as an organization, accept or reject these passages? One passage speaks on the concept of man and woman as distinct categories of mankind, the other affirms the sanctity of man and woman in a union called marriage. As I see a YouTube ad of T-Mobile with LGBT symbols at their logo, this suggests a rejection of these two Judeo-Christian tenets. So I ask you, is that actually the case? How would you handle Jews and Christians that adhere to such beliefs? Please be honest and transparent with all your answers. I await your response. God bless.
