Is it possible to stop text and calls from showing on usage details? Or is it possible to stop usage details from showing on my TMobile app all together?  Asking bc I am account I’m monitoring has no updated details for 3 days !!

cant get my samsung galaxy s24 to reiceve data but can still call

I randomly got on my phone and in the corner of my phone i had 5 bars but nothing was loading except text messages, I've reset my mobile data connection, turned on and off my data, and restarted my phone several times yet STILL NO DATA CONNECTION!!!!!

Steps to migrate Apple Watch Cellular to New watch!

I’m trying to find a document showing me how to easily migrate two older Apple watches (with Cellular from TMo) to newest model Apple Watches, still with TMo cellular. Obviously eSIM being used, but I can’t find anything yet online. Thanks.  Michael

LAN Network printer Not showing up in network when T-Mobile is ISP.

I have a Toshiba network printer in my small office. It does not have WiFi, it is cable-connected. It does not appear in my network places when T-Mobile is the ISP (via TMO-G4SE). However, under the same setup, it appears in the same network when i switch ISP to Comcast. Both ways, all devices are wired the same. I have a Network Drive (NAS) on the same network and it shows up regardless of ISP (no switching wires or remapping the network drive)… why is the Toshiba (e-Studio 357) not showing up on the network when T-Mobile is the ISP? Super frustrating… not a good introduction to T-Mobile as an alternative to Comcast.

I had a t mobile account..switched my provider and ported my number to tello.Now i see a deal on t-mobile that i want..but im totally cut off from t-mobile..i had a good credit score with them.I called customer support and they asking me for a 6 digit pin..and i cannot remember it..How can i recover it? I went to the store aswell and they cant help me

Extra EIP payment just reduced monthly auto pay?

My daughter just added a new phone to our plan, but wants to pay it off early.  She pays just a little extra each month.  I am set up with auto pay; however, went online before the deduction date and made her small payment as an actual extra EIP payment.  All that did was reduce the actual auto payment.  Any advise would be helpful.  I’ve been a Tmo customer for over 20 years and their customer service when you call in has really gone downhill.  :(

Will I lose promotional device credits if the phone number originally assigned to the device was changed due to porting or a change in responsibility

For the past year, I have had a T-Mobile Magenta Max Military family plan with 6 voice lines associated with 6 devices all being paid off with promotional credits.  One of these 6 devices, a Samsung Galaxy S23, was intended for my personal use, but since most people contact me using a business phone provided to me by the company I work for, I rarely used the Samsung Galaxy S23. I recently left this company and they allowed me to retain that business phone number via a change in responsibility to “port” that number to my personal Samsung Galaxy S23.  I contacted T-Mobile and was told they could change the number on my Samsung Galaxy S23 from the number it was originally assigned to the number ported from my previous company and there would be no change in my monthly billing.  Although I generically use the term “Porting”, I’m told this is actually a “change in responsibility” since company business phone was also on T-Mobile.  a job which provided a business line paid by the company.The

Suddenly slow home internet.

I've had the home internet for a few weeks now and it's been great. Getting speeds of 100 megabytes or more with a fair signal. But tonight the signal is poor and I barely get 10 megabytes a second. What gives?

T-Mobil Not Honoring Their Agreements

T-Mobil quoted me a price and after 4 months still will not honor it. They told me I had a $1000 credit for a new phone and it would cost nothing for me to trade in my old phone and now they are trying to charge me for it. Promised a $200 credit for signing up and you guessed it no credit to date. Every time I talk to a representative at the store about my problems they play with the computer, go in the back room, look at their phone and 2 hours latter tell me they have fixed the problem and nothing changes. The bill is still way over what they promised and no credits. I can feel they are just trying to wait me out, hoping I will give up. Does anyone know how to get some help to either get out of my agreement with them and move on or to make them honor their agreement? It amazing that this company seems to have a policy of promising things they have no intention of providing!

I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile several years ago. During that time we have had the worst cell phone reception on earth. You are lucky to get one bar OUTSIDE and we require a cell booster on the inside. Now we are both seniors and both have major medical issues. I have contacted T-Mobile REPEATEDLY about this and in all of these years NOTHING has improved. The cell booster becomes completely useless when we have a power outage and then it takes some magical wizardry to get it back online again. But like an idiot I just keep on sending them my money every month. Real genius right here.The website: Why do away with the online chat? The robot chat is absolutely useless. You can’t email, you can’t chat, but what you can do is call a number that a ROBOT answers and you will be put in que for so long that you just eventually hang up. How to get T-Mobil to honor their agreements

How can I get T-Mobil to honor the agreements their representatives made when they sold me my plan? I have been trying since my first bill came in. I have spent over 8 hours over four visits to the T-Mobil store and no matter how many promises are made by numerous different T-Mobil store associates nothing changes. Is this your business plan?

sync up kids watch says device is corrupt

I've had my son's watch for a little less than 1 months, it has worked perfectly until now. We went on a cruise and he didn't wear his watch at all except the first day or 2. Eventually the battery died and we just left it alone until we got home. Charged it completely and now when I turn it on it goes to a screen that says "The device is corrupt. It cannot be trusted and will not boot. If no key is pressed, it will reboot in 5 seconds." But it never reboots. It stays on that screen for maybe 10 seconds and then turns back off. Anyone experienced the same?

Unable to see connected devices on Home Internet App

I'm having issues being able to see the connected devices through the T-Mobile Home Internet App. Keeps telling me the gateway did not respond and to restart it if the problem persists. I have restarted the modem. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app more than once and it still does not work. Does anybody have any resolution to this or has anybody had this issue? It would also be nice to be able to see the devices away from home, but you can only do it if you're connected to the modem, which I thinks sucks

Hi,This is a multifaceted problem that I’ve seen all over various forums, so I am not quite sure if the issue is specifically T-mobile, Google Messages, or something else. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 running One UI V6.0, Android V14. The last software update was 22Mar2024 and these issues have been occurring for months.Frequently, in individual message threads or group threads, I will not be able to send or receive messages at all. I will get a single balloon of death that never converts to two balloons, and will not be given the option to send the message as SMS instead. I am connected to RCS, have 5G signal, and available WiFi. In a group chat with two other Android users (on two other carriers), random numbers join the group, and then leave the group. The other two users do not see this activity. I am the original owner of this phone and have had this specific phone number for about 20y so it is highly unlikely that this is a carryover from a previous owner. In the same group chat a

Removing disconnected devices from app device list

It would be of value for network security to be able to remove devices shown as disconnected in app. The list appears persistent and has become unmanageable. Will they eventually disappear?else, gateway performing well with strong WiFi.
