Is there anyway for someone to check if there is tower work being done in my area as my phone tend to switch to AT&T network frequently. It's good because I can still talk and text but annoying because the data is non existant because it's throttled. I rather have one bar tmobile that five on AT&T partner coverage. My zip code is 12986
I have been going back and forth with T-Mobile an Assurant for days now. I established 360 protection on May 11th by taking my iPhone 11 Pro Max into the local store for them to verify before insured. On May 25the the phone was lost and I filed a claim. During the filing process it was not showing my iPhone, it was only listing a Motorola phone. I called Assurant and said I had never owned a Motorola phone, he said “oh, is it the iphone11 Pro Max?”. I said yes and thought all was fine. No, they denied the claim for an iPhone saying I had a Motorola. About this time I realized that I had put my SIM card in a friends phone to get a phone number because my phone was dead and it was urgent I made this call. Turns out my friends phone was the Motorola. T-Mobile took it upon themselves to change the device on my account from the iPhone to the Motorola. I have talked to a T-Mobile store manager who said this has happened and to call customer service, they can resolve. I have called
Started with making a payment arrangement. I set up a payment arrangement recently. I was going to pay my outstanding balance today (9-29-22, payday). Somehow the system gave me payment dates of the 25th and the 27th! Called sunday, spoke to Jasmine. After 45 minutes of her repeating the same thing about some button she can’t push and NOT transferring me to the supervisor, she says she set up an alert so that if my service is disconnected before i make my payment this afternoon, she will waive the reconnect fees and manually restore my service. Well, of course at 6:30 this morning my service was disconnected. Noone available to speak to before 7. At 7, spoke to Dexter who read the notes and said that he saw what Jasmine said but he himself was unable to do it and it had to be Jasmine. He said he would send a message to Jasmine. I asked for a supervisor and was told they were all in a meeting. 3 hours later I haven’t heart anything so I called back. Spoke to someone (didn’t
My mobile phone could have used a sim card to guide me to restore the factory settings network through Apple customer service, which made my mobile phone unable to work properly. I contacted customer service many times. The salesman kept calling me, but my mobile phone sim card has been limited and not normal. I want to know how to remove it for me. My imimei 35 398510 546223 3 I hope a technician can help me get back to normal.
I am receiving notification from T-Mobile that they cannot confirm my CellSpot coverage address. I follow the procedure to confirm via text messaging, but there is no reply. I tried to confirm the correct address with my online account (it already is correct, nothing has changed), so nothing is there to allow me to confirm it. If I call 611, the people answering have no idea how to confirm my address.Any ideas how to do this - I am dependent upon my CellSpot because the coverage is so bad in our area in Florida.Thank you for your help.
I have had the Home Internet for two months and I have noticed that the modem drops the internet almost every night between 9 pm and 11 pm. When I use the Home Internet app to access the modem I see that the signal strength is showing as good but there is no internet. Speedtest.net will not run and all the YouTUBE TVs go down but the WiFi is up and working. I end up seeing the modem restart command from the app but I usually have to do that 2 or 3 times to recover. Last night I actually had to unplug the modem. The behavior is not acceptable.
Home Internet has deficient security (WPA/WPA2). No reset on T-Mobile router. No D-Link Extender recognition of T-Mobile Home Internet and no way to resolve. All responses to numerous posts on this issue say “should” when referencing connectivity. Sounds like they’re written by T-Mobile employees. I’m looking for a simple yes or no, and if yes, how. Brand new (9-26-22) T-Mobile home internet trying to use D-Link 1610 extender.
I have the home internet 5g. Trying to add a wifi 6 router as a bridge. Problem is it won’t connect to the internet and says if it isn’t DCHP then either manually enter Static IP or Ppoe information when I click the PPPOE option it needs a username and password. Does anyone know if this is the one I am using to add the router as a bridge?
I have just been setting up the new T-Mobile Gateway internet. I am unable to connect my Canon TR8520 printer. The printer recognizes the WFi SSID but will not ask for the password. Instead it tries to connect (and obviously fails) directly. Canon says it is the fault of T-Mobile’s Gateway modem having some issue, and is not the printer’s fault. A temporary PIN was suggested to enter into the Gateway ,but there is evidently no provision for doing that according to T-Mobile helpline. I next asked Google which brand of printers reliably work with the T-Mobile Gateway, and got no answers. Help would be appreciated. j
I have the 5G home internet and while on my mobile device, I can't get encrypted images to load without clearing the cache on my browser. That wouldn't be so bad, but it's every time I reload/ visit any web pages with encrypted images. Now I know it is the home internet that does this because I can refresh on my phones data connection(not T-mobile carrier) and it loads just fine. I imagine this is a security feature gone rogue and would like to know if it can be turned off.

Ever since I switched to the BYOD-Router internet gateway I haven’t been able to stay in party chats. Everything else works perfectly fine no connectivity issues on my laptop, phone, or TVs but as soon as I join an Xbox live party it’s fine for a couple seconds then I lose connection. Game chat works fine. My NAT is moderate but it used to be open. Also my xbox is saying UPnP not successful. I logged into my router but there doesn’t seem to be any configurable network settings. Anyone know how to enable UPnP?
Have a KVD21, f/w 1.00.16 with about 4 bars and it goes through period of disconnecting/reconnecting the internet service every couple of minutes. Then, after awhile, it seems to stabilize. I have two devices connected to it via wifi - an iPhone and my iMAC. Any thoughts on why this is happening?

I was told told they were working on the tower near my home… when I asked when did the problem happen - they said early June. We’re now at the end of SEPTEMBER and I still have little or no service at my home. Four months. Can’t make or receive calls or text messages. They haven’t offered a discount or refund on our FIVE lines of service. I’ve been with T-Mobile since they BECAME T-Mobile. This is getting ridiculous.
