I have a factory unlocked Pixel 6 that I’ve setup on my t-mobile account three weeks ago. Since then it has been nothing but a nightmare as far as cellular coverage goes. Anytime I’m away from Wi-Fi and trying to connect to the cell towers it’s a gamble (mostly a losing gamble) on if my phone will connect or not. I know it’s not a coverage issue as my wife’s iPhone will be right next to it and she has full coverage. I know it isn’t a sim card issue as I am using an eSim. I’ve tried resetting the network settings a couple of times but that hasn’t resolved the issue either. A little research has found that apparently this has been a common issue among the Pixel 6 community and T-Mobile. Has anyone found any other fixes that can bring stability to my phone’s connection?
T-mobile. Why? Why? Why? Why does your site keep asking me to fill out a survey literally every 2 seconds? I have clicked 'maybe later' and 2 seconds later, it pops back up. This is making navigating your website pretty much impossible. Why? I've even clicked and left my feedback thinking it would rid me of all this pain. But nope, every 2 seconds. Why?Why?
I have been told that the 5G towers in my area are being upgraded but is there a way to check the progress? I have T-Mobile home internet and am waiting on them to be finished to see if I am going to keep the service. Right now I get between 20mb and 40mb on a good day.
Hello, I just got a new Galaxy S22 phone and discovered none of my Android power cords from an older Galaxy phone will fit the new phone. This seems odd to me. Is it a marketing thing? A revenue thing? Why would Samsung change to size of the power inlet on the phone? To make matters worse, the cord that came with the new phone is useless by itself. There was no block needed to charge the phone in an electrical outlet. There was no USB side on the cable to plug in. There was literally no way to charge the phone with the equipment that came with it. You are required to go out and purchase more cords if you ever want to charge this phone. How can Samsung get away with this? It’s like buying a toaster without a way to plug it in. Useless! Frustrating! And it pisses me off. Samsung should be held accountable.
Hi!I got my first prepaid e-sim as I’ll be in America this October.Unfortunately, I was told that my e-sim would be active in the moment I’ll use it in America, but it is - in fact - already active (as my next renewal will be in 30 days for now).My question is: if I don’t renew the sim for the upcoming month, and then charge the e-sim before I leave, will I be able to use the same number or I’ll need to do Everything from the start?Plus, how do I deactivate e-sim (and payments) when I won’t need the number anymore? Thanks!
I see other users posting pictures of the admin console for the Arcadyan internet gateway. But it doesn’t show up on mine. All I get is the home “status” page; no option to log in to admin console, no option to modify wifi settings, etc (see screenshot). I’ve tried doing a factory reset and went through the setup process a second time - still no change. What is going on here? Why can’t I get an admin console for this device?
I have UVerse TV and Comcast Internet. I just switched to TMOBILE Home Internet, but cannot figure out how to connect Uverse TV to the TMOBILE home internet. I have an AT&T Gateway that has to connect to Tmobile.I connected it to the coaxial cable in the wall and to Tmobile via the ethernet cable. It does not work.
Extremely Disappointed with T Mobile Prepaid Wireless Service - Calls Dropped off 16 times within an Hour
I have been contacting T Mobile Customer Support and store and told them the calls keep dropped during an hour drive. The longest call duration only last 10 minutes and the shortest was 50 seconds. Within an hour, dropped calls for 16 or more times. This is very annoying and dangerous. This happens every day and time.It seems no one at T mobile is paying attention or improving their tower service for Prepaid customers. Does this mean that Prepaid customers can be treated with bad service. We are also paying each month and getting the worst service. I cannot imagine how T Mobile ads saying fast and better service they have and with 5G.With this, maybe their advertisement is misleading their customers and community. Up to today, no one at the customer service is contacting me with the resolution. The cheapest price get the worst connection/service.
Installed TMobile Home internet but now Sling TV is pulling FOX local news channel from Tampa instead of Orlando
I think my connection to the new WiFi TMobile home internet is my issue but I don’t know how to fix it. Ever since connecting my Sling TV is pulling up FOX local news from Tampa instead of the Orlando channel it use to have. I am wondering if my wifi is connecting through a Tampa gateway rather than Orlando and how can I fix or change that?
STYLO 4+ can make calls and text but can't access internet using teetering. Msg says "not registered". The phone is registered with tmobile but APN is grayed out with OTA displayed. Can't configure it manually. Cell phone is Sprint gsm unlocked. SPRINT support asked for previous number and account even though phone was never registered on Sprint network. Phone is open box. Tmobile support won't help either. Any experience out there?
A couple months ago I switched providers from Verizon to T-Mobile. I worked with T Mobile technical support to transfer my phone number to the new account. Ever since I switched over, I have been having issues with receiving text messages in group SMS chats (not iMessage). I’ve spent hours with T-Mobile technical support and even opened two different incident tickets with them. Each time I was told that someone would reach out with a status update for both tickets and neither time has anyone followed up regarding the ticket. For the first ticket, I had to go through the technical support chains to ask for a status update and they said “that was resolved a closed”, when in fact the issue has not been fixed. It seems like a trivial problem but it is a major disruption in my work and life, as I rely on group SMS messaging for many daily and work functions. To check on the status of my ticket I had to re-explain the issue to a technical support representative and then re-explain yet again
Yesterday I was scammed on Facebook marketplace. I responded to someone I thought was interested in a listed item and asked me to respond with a code number they texted me which then gave them my phone number. They then disappeared. I googled and found out it was likely someone trying to get my personal information starting with my phone number. Today I sent a text to a friend and my name didn’t appear. Instead, it showed my full phone number ending with tmomail.net. A google search indicated someone may be trying to get more personal, banking, credit, etc. info. Texted my wife and another person and the texts went through normally. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
Looking to request site review for New Cell Tower… I’ve already used T-Mobiles Tower Site Map to verify lack of signal available. I own the property and have cleared the way (zoning etc) for cell tower installationI have already contacted the City of Covington, the County of Tipton and Ford's Blue Oval City Planners regarding this matter. We have received the approval to move forward from all parties concerned. Ford Blue Oval City planners have already felt the lack of reliable cell service while commuting to and from the Blue Oval City Location. In meetings with the City, County, and Blue Oval City officials have all agreed the demand is apparent and the need is significant. This demand will only increase over the next few months and years, with an additional 6500+ (Blue Oval City) Jobs/Employees moving into an area which is already poorly served by cell services. The site proposed is already correctly zoned for this use.
So I purchased a OnePlus 9 pro 5G (LE2127) from a reseller. I called T-Mobile to check the IMEI was good and I could use it and unlock it to use overseas on occasion. I was told there were no issues. The store checked before hand as well. I contacted TMobile and they kept having trouble finding it in their system. It showed up just fine in my TMobile app and online at my.tmobile.com. After 2 hours of really trying to solve it, they found it was originally a Sprint device and I would need to contact Sprint to have them unlock it for me. I have done that, although they won't help me because I don't have a Sprint account. I feel like I was just being transferred around and put off on different people. Can anyone help me in this situation or help point me in the right direction? Returning the device to the store doesn't seem like an option seeing how it works on TMobile and I called T-Mobile to verify everything in front of them. I'm just at a loss here and could use some help.
Even though T-Mobile shows on their map 5G and 4G LTE coverage near Ft. Morgan, AL we are experiencing with 3 lines, no coverage. One phone did receiver very intermittent coverage, so the T-Mobile coverage map is inaccurate. They need to put cellular towers in the area and provide mobile data coverage. After just switching from Verizon to T-Mobile, we are disappointed in not having coverage. Never had this issue with Verizon.
I recently unlocked my phone , s10, from att and ported my number to t-mobile. Now I cant send ANY videos via text.
