I set up an Apple TV+ account through Tmobile sometime in the past but have not used it. Today I tried to actually use Apple TV+ and was prompted to sign in. I entered my e-mail but forgot my password. In order to reset my password, I was required to enter my birthdate. I was then told my birthdate was incorrect. I contacted Apple TV+ support and was told they couldn’t help me. They suggested that I go through Tmobile to delete my Apple TV+ account so that I could create a new one. I have no idea how to do this. Any ideas?
