How do you get Paramount to come up on the TV?

Most smart TV’s have an app store you can download the app from to watch on your TV. My Fire TV, Android TV, and the nVidia Shield all have this app available in the app store. I am not sure if LG does because I use my nVidia Shield on that TV because I don’t like WebOS.
