Got the email with promotions, and YouTube TV is not there! Anyone else experience this? Anyone know what’s up?

The email I received from TMO on Feb 7, with the subject line “You’re going to LOVE these offers!” had the promotions for YouTube Premium and YouTube TV. I signed up for free YouTube Premium for 3 months.
I also had problem I signed up for majenta plan and rep told me I would get $10 off yttv. 3 days later I received equipment .I then looked everywhere for the promotion. Found out that between time I made deal on phone till time I could get things working and get TMobile id and figure out the app . THEY ENDED THE PROMOTION 3 days to late and lied to by the rep that signed me up.
