I recently added an additional SyncUp Tracker to my account. The 2nd SyncUp Tracker will not provide any notifications when the device enters or exists a virtual boundary. All the notification settings are on and the virtual boundary parameters are set. The problem was not alleviated after deleting the SyncUp Tracker application and reinstalling. I returned the new SyncUp Tracker and ordered another but the replacement also fails to provide virtual boundary notifications. My first SyncUp Tracker works fine except for a rapidly depleting battery.

My SyncUp Tracker recently started having this issue where it’s not sending any notifications when it enters/exits virtual boundaries.  Did you ever get a solution?


Same issue here with two trackers , last notification received was October 18, I emailed tmobile but no response.


One tracker stopped getting virtual boundaries notifications as well, my last notification was Oct 16th


I am having the same issue. Any updates on this ?

I think i figure it out, here is what I did.

1. Delete all virtual boundaries 

2. Delete the tracker from the app

3. Uninstall the app

4. Install app, add trackers , add boundaries.

I'm getting notifications again on both my trackers.

I tried deleting the device already too so tried the last steps shared and it won't let me delete the boundaries even. I haven't gotten notifications since 10/16 either. 


Did like SK 78 suggested and it didn't work on the first day but today I started receiving notifications again, Thanks SK78
