Hi, I cannot get my T-mobile 4G LTE Cellspot to connect to the internet, even though the device is placed in DMZ on my Verizon Gateway router. Any advice, tips, tricks???
What are you trying to do? You need to connect the WAN of your router to the T-Mobile modem. If your router is in AP Mode, it might require you to connect to port 4 to the modem.
Hi, the cell spot wan is connected to one of the Lan ports on the gateway router, as instructed by T-mobile
Try plugging it into the WAN of the router. If the router is in router mode, it will look for that connection coming in from the WAN port. I’m guessing Support assumed you have the router you want to connect to the modem in AP Mode.
Thanks, but when I plug the the CellSPot into the gateway router WAN port, then the router is no longer connected to the internet and I lose eveything, so I’m not sure what exactly you mean.
