Just got my phone today, the charge cord is the same plug at both ends. I know I’m technology challenged but shouldn’t one end be different than the other? The cord won’t plug into the cube, both ends are for the phone. Help

It might help if you say what phone you have, and whether the “cube” was supplied with the phone. Pics can also help.

What you’re describing sounds like a USB-C cord, which are indeed hermaphrodites. You should have a charging cube with the same size and shape hole as the phone. Just plug them together, you won’t have to worry about which way is up and down or the gozinta vs gozouta.
